A ground floor flat in a detached building. It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a living room with kitchen at one end. There is a private patio area with picnic table for outdoor dining and private parking space for one car. The property enjoys an elevated position with south and west facing aspects and open views over Mawgan Porth Bay. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a quiet track and footpath. A 10 minute walk will take you to the shops and restaurants on the seafront. During the main season, bookings are for whole weeks only, with a Saturday changeover. Up to two dogs (small/medium breed) are welcome. There is a charge of £30 per dog per week.

We've been to Green Ocean several times now; it's become a home from home. The apartment is always spotless on arrival. The lounge / kitchen area is cosy but is fine for a couple / young family, and the bedrooms are a good size. The best thing is the view! An amazing vista onto the ocean, and it's just a short trot down the lane to the beach (no cars to worry about). Amazing value for money!
