Rottingdean is a small historical coastal town which is 3 miles from Brighton. Rottingdean is a small picturesque town with a historic past. Visitors will also be warmed by the friendliness of the locals. The main attractions in the town are Kipling's Garden, Rottingdean Windmill, St. Margaret's Church with its beautiful stained glass windows and some traditional old inns which were once frequented by smugglers in the area.
Rottingdean is quaint town with extensive history. It has sophisticated d and intimate beach culture based around several pubs, outdoor cafes and restaurants. There are several interested walks along narrow country lanes. There is a fabulous under cliff walk from Rottingdean to awarding winning Saltedean beach.
Seahaven is located on the main coastal road into the centre of Brighton.

Rottingdean is a gateway to other historical towns such as Kingstion, Lewis, Seaford, Newhaven and Eastbourne is only 25 minutes drive by car.
Rottingdean provides you with the best that East Sussex has to offer, picturesque town and beach and good public transport to the centre of Brighton. Gatwick Airport is only 30 minutes drive and Newhaven 10min

Low Season - October to March

Christmas - 20th December to 3rd January is classified as high season and the minimum stay is 5 nights at a cost of £1200

High Season - April to September
The cost for 3 nights stay range from £545 for mid week stay in April (excluding Easter) to £750.

From 1st July to 31st August the minimum stay is 7 nights at a cost of £1450.
The price is based on 6 guests staying
There is an additional cost of £20 for each guest over 6.
