One of the most desirable villages in the UK as stated in the ""Sunday Times"". West Runton to Cromer one of the top beaches in the whole of the UK Sunday Times June 2019. A beautifully presented, timber-beamed cottage located in a quiet residential area of West Runton and just a few minutes walk from the village centre with shop "open all hours!"Thai restaurant/takeaway/ local pub and the lane down to the cliffs and beach. The property is family/dog orientated and comfortably furnished and offers holiday accommodation of a high standard. We are fully equipped for our disabled visitors with a 'WALKER", toilet surround and chair stair lift. We also have chairs that recline and put you back on your feet but these electrical facilities can only be provided if children are not at the property. House comprises: Hallway. Lounge. Dining room. Fully fitted LARGE Kitchen with range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave. 30ft Conservatory, heated for use throughout the year to seat 7. with dining table to seat 6. Downstairs Cloakroom with WC and wash basin and heated towel rail. 1 large Double bedroom with king-size bed and vanity unit and wall mounted large TV. with sea views. 1 Double bedroom with wash basin and sea views and small TV. 1 Single bedroom with extra full size single bed (stowaway system). Bathroom with bath, WC, wash basin and separate shower cubicle with power shower. and heated towel rail. LARGE garden, laid to lawn which is safely enclosed for children and dogs. The garden has a play house. Garden table set to seat 6 - 8 with parasol plus a selection of garden chairs and loungers. WIFI available at property and BT catch up/Netflix TV. Bed Linens provided, towels/tea towels by arrangement if required. Lovely drive along the coast road to Salt Marshes for birdwatchers paradise and Blakeney for the seals with boat trips out to view them at close range. Felbrigg nearby and Holkham Hall easily accessible. Pensthorpe within easy reach plus The Broads. Beautiful safe beaches and our local beach is where the famous Runton mammoth, was discovered. plus many rock pools and fossil hunting which is fun for the children. Cromer with it's famous pier and crabbing for the children is 10 min drive or a lovely walk along the beach. Holt is a Georgian town nearby and the area abounds with great places to eat with Rocky Bottom for seafood a short cliff walk away. The famous steam railway runs from Sheringham 5mins away by car. Housekeeper prepares house to her very high standards and we are maintaining a "Covid" clean. parking for 2 cars on our frontage. The second beach image shows our dog Bertie -a Welsh Terrier- on our local beach with his friend Sam a Vizler enjoying an early evening run.

The perfect place to stay

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location it has everything to make your holiday my dad is in a wheel chair and the stairlift and all the thing that made it easy for dad have full access to the cottage was brilliant. its a beautiful cottage with everything you need for your stay very clean and homely .the village has a lovey pub and hotel all are very good wheelchair access the bus stop is a few mins walk which we used a lot, the beache is a walk down a lane thank you it was just what we needed and will definitely stay again x

An absolutely wonderful property. As soon as you enter, the house seems to welcome you. It is in the perfect location and the neighbours talk to you like old friends.
