The apartment is situated in the Torrecilla beach area of the lovely town of Nerja.
The apartment is bright and stylish with modern decor. Equipped with quiet, quality, Samsung air-conditioning / Heating system.

The lounge is furnished with flat screen television, dining table and chairs and reclining arm chair. A comfortable sofa, which can be converted to a double sofa bed, adds additional sleeping space. Please note however, that, as this is a one bedroom Apartment, it is not suitable for 4 adults, but is comfortable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
There is a patio door leading from the lounge to the open terrace.

The bedroom has super comfortable beds, imported from Germany and has plenty of space in the wardrobes and draws.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for the keenest of cooks.
You can enjoy afternoon sun on the terrace, overlooking the beach and the pool which is set in private gardens. Relax on the terrace in the evening or fall asleep to the sound of the sea.

The private pool set in a tropical garden, is reserved solely for the use of guests staying in the building.
There are 2 lifts to all floors.
The location of the apartment means that if you don't wish to venture far, there is a selection of bars, restaurants & shops within a minute's walk from the apartment. The centre of town and Balcon de Europa are only 7 minutes stroll away.

Holiday made easy

Well, here we are back in God''s Little Acre - the suitcases are away and the washing machine is doing overtime ha ha! I just wanted to say thank you for all the effort you put into making our holiday the best. Knowing that I could rely on you and not have to worry about any details made coming out to Nerja easy. You''re always ready to go that extra mile to help us out. You do a brilliant job and we are very grateful.

We have had a fabulous week & thank you so much for all your help in making this a great, easy break. The apartment is lovely & it has now made our minds up that we prefer this, to staying in a hotel. We will email you when we get home, to book again for next year !
