Description

CASA JESSICA is a beautiful small villa in traditional pueblo style near sea and sandy beaches on a quiet cul de sac set among pines and bougainvillea. 150 meters to large swimming pool-with protected shallow area for small children-and all-weather tennis court. Shops, restaurants, bars: eight minutes walk. Breakfast looking down to the Mediterranean with sun for the rest of the day in the front garden or on the dining terrace. The two bedrooms look down over red roofs to the sea: with good built-in wardrobes, one has a double bed and one two singles. The spacious sitting room has high wooden beams under the lofty ceiling. It is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV and an internet connection. The well-equipped American kitchen has a gas cooker and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave/grill and coffee-machine and a washing machine. There are good indoor and outdoor dining facilities. BBQ. The bathroom has a full bath and shower. Perfect for a family holiday.
Things to do - when you're too lazy to laze : You can just read in the sun with a good book. Use the community swimming pool or tennis court. You can: enjoy golf, tennis, padel, squash, all water sports, boat hire and trips, horse-riding and even go kart racing, though not in sound range of Casa Jessica. Children will love Terra Mitica (Spain’s answer to Disneyland) and Aqualandia Water Park, both less than one hour's drive. If you play tennis, bring a racket and tennis balls. There is a free hard-court for your use next to the swimming pool one minute from our front door..
A short drive - wonderful scenery - old villages: A 10 minute drive to Teulada with its weekly market takes you over the hills behind Moraira with amazing views down to the coast and into the Spanish interior with its Roman terracing, olive and almond trees, vineyards and orange groves. Take a trip over the Cumbre del Sol (15 minutes away) for spectacular wild country and coastal views and visit Altea (30 mins), a superb hilltop town with its lovely blue-domed church and central square for some very tasteful local artisan handicrafts. A one-hour drive takes you to the amazing mountain-top fort at Guadalest, to the Vergal Safari Park near Denia or to Europe's largest palm forest at Elche.

3 week October stay

The villa was perfect for a 3 week stay. The rear balcony faces the sea and the morning sunrise. The front covered terrace gets the sun in the afternoon. The local people were friendly and our dogs were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. Weather was great too.

Myself my husband and our daughter had a lovely weeks stay here , lovely quiet area nice and clean properly very comfortable, beautiful communal pool which was never busy, bars and resturants within walking distance

Great little house for Family of 4. The amenities are just what you need if you don’t want to go to the beach, the shops are easily walkable, and we made use of the local bus service which was easy and cheap to use… would definitely use again!!
