This beautiful private villa is situated in the heart of Cala En Porter!
Villa Janet is named after one of the villa owners and has been owned by them for over 20 years.
Our Amenities are;
Large Patio area, with automatic awning and private pool with outdoor shower and Italian BBQ.
Air Conditioning for all bedrooms and lounge, Solar water heating with water softener system
Covered veranda and gardens to 4 sides with gated driveway.
Three twin bedrooms one having French doors onto veranda & One double with En-suite.
Fitted kitchen with breakfast / dining room and double glazed French doors onto a front veranda.
The Lounge has tilt and turn window with French doors on to the Veranda leading to the pool via one step.
The sought after Cala En porter beach is a 10 minute walk and shops are just 3 minutes away.
The Villa is very spacious and quiet, with plenty of privacy.

To secure bookings we now require a £200. refundable deposit which is used against Electricity used during stay.

This was our 3rd time in Cala En Porter and Villa Janet was the perfect location, for both shops and restaurants and the beach Very clean and spacious villa fully equipped for your holiday and a lovely sized pool… Would highly recommend this villa to anyone & Mike and Janet were lovely hosts and were always at hand if needed

We really enjoyed our week in Cala en Porter. We loved the villa and am sure that we will return in the future. The pool was lovely, and the villa is close to everything you need. Mike and Janet were really helpful hosts. Thank you.

Excellent communication from the owners Mike and Janet from start to finish. We have been to cala n porter numerous times and this villa was in the best location so far, perfect for collecting fresh food and beers from the supermarkets and easy walk down to the beach via road or steps. Some honest feedback is parts of the villa are tired and some TLC is required but overall a fantastic family villa, a real home from home.
