Villa Mimosa is 2km from Seillans, a medieval village, one hour by car from Nice Airport. The property enjoys tranquil surroundings with panoramic views of the Esterel Mountains. This is an area of great natural beauty and a haven for walkers at every level. The picturesque village is perched on a hillside and can be reached by car in a few minutes or on foot in 15 minutes. This gives easy access to local bars and excellent restaurants. The Côte d’Azur is less than an hour away by car.

The rooms in Villa Mimosa are light-filled and airy. The living/dining area is a large, bright, open-plan room with two French doors leading to the terrace. This large room provides a welcome area for relaxation. The bright, modern kitchen is fitted with every modern appliance: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, American fridge/freezer and microwave.

There are three bedrooms: two on the ground floor beside the family bathroom and one upstairs with a full en-suite bathroom.

Living/Dining Room: Situated on the ground floor: a spacious tiled area overlooking the pool and the distant hills. Two French doors lead to the terrace.

Kitchen: Modern, well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, American fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. French doors lead to the outside dining area and the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Situated on the ground floor. Large, bright room with French doors leading to the pool terrace. This room can be used as a double or twin bedroom.

Bedroom 2: South-facing double bedroom on the upper floor with en suite bathroom, containing W.C., bath, separate shower and wash-hand basin.

Bedroom 3: Situated on the ground floor. Pretty, twin-bedded room with westerly outlook.

Family Bathroom: W.C., wash-hand basin and bath with shower included.

Guest W.C. Situated on the ground floor near to the entrance door.
