Description

An attractive well equipped bungalow on a small peaceful complex in a prime location with a large shared swimming pool. A south facing patio with a sheltered and secluded tropical garden makes it ideal for guests who prefer privacy. Pretty Flamingo beach with its shops, restaurants and splendid views of Fuertaventura is only a 4 minute stroll.
The large patio is furnished with sun loungers, tables, chairs, parasol, small drinks table and BBQ. It is sheltered from the wind and gets the sun all day.The lounge has a smart TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There is also a library of books and a few games available. WiFi is connected.
The bedroom is of a good size with fitted wardrobes. There is a king bed and a safe in the wardrobe.
The kitchen and the utility room has a fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is also an electric kettle, toaster, an ironing board and clothes aired. Electric fans are in each room for the hotter months and an oil filled radiator is supplied for the cooler evenings although this is seldom needed.The good sized walk in shower room has a vanity unit with drawers and a hairdryer.
The well equipped Spar supermarket is 5 minutes stroll and the town is a 10 minute stroll away along the picturesque promenade where there is a large choice of restaurants, bars and shops to suit everyone’s taste.
Sightseeing trips by coach, the most popular being Timanfaya Volcano, or sea trips from the harbour nearby can be arranged locally. The nature reserve with the beautiful, unspoilt Papagayo beaches are only a short drive, bus ride or sea taxi trip away.
Playa Blanca is an upmarket, popular resort and due to its sheltered position it enjoys the warmest and most settled weather on the island. Our bungalow is close to everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in the sun and you don’t even need a car.

Hidden Gem

We have been staying in Playa Blanca for over 30 years now and was extremely lucky to find Marilyn and Steve's Villa for this holiday. Although advertised as a 1 bed apartment there were actually 2 bedrooms ( We only used 1) The bungelow was clean spacious and literally had everthing needed to cover every eventuality. Villa was extremely secure with gated key code enrty to complex, key safe to exterior and security safe in room. Communication with Marilyn was excellent from booking, answering questions and helping us with a late check out. Viila is set in a quiet location with a lovely garden making it private and benefits from a huge patio with sun all day. There is a nice pool on site, although we didnt use it due to Flamingo beach being so close. The location was ideal. 2 minutes to a small supermarket, 5 minutes from a larger SPAR, 5 minutes to Flamingo beach and 10 minutes to town centre. Excellent value for money and hopefully we will book again soon. Thank you Marilyn and Steve for sharing your holiday home

Great bungalow

We had a great time at Marilyn and Steve bungalow and it is close to shops and restaurants and there is a Spar just 5 minutes away.It has a lovely garden to soak up the sun which gets the sun all day. which we used most days before walking into town for a meal to one of the many restaurants.We will book again when we are looking to go to a villa.Thank You Eddie and Betty

A Welcome Retreat

A lovely bungalow in a quiet setting with attractive gardens. It had everything we needed for a holiday let. It was close to restaurants, a pretty beach and supermarket. The town with more restaurants was a 10 minute stroll. It was a peaceful retreat after all the recent problems with Covid.
