Peaceful location situated in the heart of this popular village 5 minutes drive from the beach Luxury 2 bedroom ground floor self catering apartment in this modern well-maintained complex with communal pool on the edge of the village with all the facilities you could wish for to make your holiday unforgettable. Within 'tasting' distance of the local bakery and 5 minutes walk to the local supermarkets, bars and tavernas. Tastefully decorated and fitted with all the modern conveniences you could need with private covered parking and access to the residents communal pool and gardens. 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite) with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning throughout. The Lounge has TV, DVD and radio and a patio door that leads out on to a sun-soaked balcony overlooking the communal pool and gardens. Bed-linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis but guests are asked to provide their own beach towels.
The coast road from Dhekelia (British Forces Garrison) to the town of Larnaca is just a 5 minute drive away and provides various beach and dining options and facilities across Larnaca Bay. There is a regular bus service that runs into Larnaca where island-wide services operate. Larnaca itself has a vast beach front (Phinikoudes) with restaurants, bars and a Marina and leads directly through to Mackenzy Beach where you can watch the incoming aircraft land at Larnaca airport from the comfort of your own sun bed whist indulging at the superb range of seafood restaurants and tavernas. Larnaca airport is within 20 minutes easy driving and Paphos airport can be reached within 90 minutes motorway driving. Life in the village and within the complex can provide a full and varied holiday experience but for access to the wider range of attractions across the island, car hire is recommended. Airport transfers can be arranged direct to the property.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of £100 deposit with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Discounts are given on bookings of 3 weeks or more. We were extremely pleased with our Apartment when we arrived, the Apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great position close to the local shops and bars. The Apartment managers were very helpful when we asked for their advice about good places to eat and visit, we didn't need to contact them otherwise as our stay was perfect, including the lovely weather! We will definitely be returning to Oroklini and using Simply Owners for our accommodation.

We have just returned from a week stay at this Kalypso Court Apartment and enjoyed every minute. Dave and Viv were both very hospitable from start to finish and arranged airport transfers for us which was very much appreciated. The Apartment was very clean and had everything you could need for a nice relaxing break. The local area is fantastic with great restaurants, shops and beaches, a car is a must though if you intend to explore outside Oroklini village. We would highly recommend this Apartment and Oroklini village as a place to stay and will be returning very soon.

Just had 2 lovely weeks at the Kalypso Court. This was our second time at this Apartment and yet again it was everything we could wish for. The apartment, which has everything you need, and complex are both spotless! Dave and Viv are on hand to meet and greet you and should you need them they are always helpful. We love Cyprus and especially Oroklini and having stayed in many properties we can honestly say that this is one of the best. It won't be long till we are back again!
Lovely Apartment In A Well Maintained Complex

We had a lovely relaxing holiday in this Apartment . We have been to Oroklini many times and for us it just gets better and better. In this particular complex everything is close to hand ie. supermarkets,bakery and restaurants are within a few minutes walk and every pub or restaurant will do takeaway food as well so there is plenty of variety for that too. The Apartment was thoroughly clean and well equipped, and ideally overlooking the pool from the lounge whereas from the bedroom you can see right down to the sea. Kalypso court is a well maintained property due to the tireless efforts of David And Vivien who maintain the complex which is spotless.We arrived just as the dust storm which had blown in from the middle east was subsiding and if we hadn't known about it we would never have guessed because to us Kalypso Court was just as pristine as it had been when we were there in June. we have already booked to go back next year....we had a great time!
The pleasure of maintaining the Kalypso Complex comes from the fact that we personally live on site and aim to welcome guests to what we hope is a 'home from home' holiday but with the added benefits of the sunshine and relaxing environment. We personally chose this complex because of all the features listed - its position, design and facilities - but what really enhances our experiences are the guests we share holidays with, allowing us to contribute to their total enjoyment and satisfaction.
