Belyars Penthouse is located in Belyars Croft apartments in St Ives, on the top floor. Arrival 3pm, departure 10am. Children over the age of 8 welcome. No pets. No smoking. Private balcony with sea views.
Permit parking is available in an unallocated parking space located to the rear of the building. An additional space in a car park off site can be booked for £50 per week, on a "first come, first served basis" please call the office on 01736 630015 to book.

The dining area with glass table and six stylish white chairs is conveniently situated between the kitchen and living area, perfect for socialising with those who are busy in the kitchen. A stylish hanging extractor is complimented by pendant lights and under cupboard lighting completing the luxurious ambiance. A microwave, toaster, kettle, Bosch hand blender, good quality glassware and crockery is also provided, along with all the utensils you could require to prepare a sumptuous meal. The Kitchen area also benefits from a integrated washer/dryer.
Bedroom One with En-suite
The master bedroom is situated across the hallway to the rear of the property. A sumptuous king size bed is beautifully dressed with crisp white linen and white wooden slatted shutters can be found on the floor to ceiling window. Matching oak bedside tables with bedside lamps along with a built-in wardrobe with hanging shelf space. A full length mirror, 22″ Samsung LED smart TV and hairdryer are also provided. The master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries.
The second bedroom is located off the hallway opposite the family bathroom and provides two single beds which are luxuriously made with Egyptian cotton white linen. A fitted wardrobe offers both hanging and shelf space. A bedside table with dual lamps provides the perfect light for a book at bedtime! A Samsung 22″ smart television can be found, along with a hairdryer, full length mirror and wooden slatted blinds. Luxury 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. Beach Towels are provided in the bedrooms for each guest.
The family bathroom is located off the hallway next to the living area door and is tiled throughout with stylish contemporary tiles. There is a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin, chrome heated towel rail and a large mirror with light and shaver point. Bathroom Two The en-suite shower room, located in the master bedroom, boasts the same superb contemporary style and comprises a wash basin, WC, shower, heated chrome towel rail and large mirror with shaver point and light. This Apartment has very good views over the harbour the inside is decorated and presented immaculately. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and sweets were a nice touch the house keeper who greeted us who was a very helpful nice lady also brought us some milk to get us started until we had chance to go shopping. Our daughter found the twin room very comfortable and was pleased she had the main bathroom to herself as our double had an ensuite. Lots of big fluffy towels provided and the beds and all linen were very comfortable. The Apartment is just a ten minute walk into town but it is on quite a steep hill but this is worth the extra effort for the lovely view. We were highly impressed and would definitely book again.
