Sea Dream is a stunning granite self catering house within a terrace, set in an elevated position on Windsor Hill in St Ives. The prime location of this beautiful home provides a quiet base which is close to the town centre with boutiques, restaurants, galleries and beautiful beaches all within a few minutes walk. This large holiday home has been thoughtfully decorated with a coastal charm that compliments its lovely setting. There are views over rooftops towards the sea and Godrevy Lighthouse. A terrace allows you to enjoy the Cornish air with a morning coffee or simply read a book with a glass of wine. The original art and contemporary furniture, wood burner, and all the comforts of home, ensure you will enjoy a memorable holiday whenever you stay.


Sea Dream is centrally located in St Ives.

The wonderful lounge of Sea Dream can be found off the entrance hallway on the ground floor. This spacious room is the hub of the self catering house with antique pine flooring, stylish furnishing, original artwork, large window and door leading out onto the terrace. The large picture window has distant sea views allowing you to glimpse Godrevy Lighthouse. For your comfort there is a modular sofa arranged for guests to enjoy the 40” Panasonic LCD 4K TV with numerous premium channels, including BT Sport, kids channels and Sky Movies with DVD player, XBox One games console with two controllers, in addition there is a Ruark Bluetooth DAB radio with internet radios and bluetooth connectivity allowing guests to enjoy their music selection using their own device. A sideboard and bookcase self catering house a selection of games, local books, maps and local reference guides. A selection of side tables with a variety of lamps and pendent lights allow you to set the mood for the entertainment. Furthermore there is a large armchair and a selection of chairs for you to find your own perfect spot for relaxing.

Entrance Hallway

You enter this beautiful home, into a spacious hallway that allows access to all the other areas of this delightful house. There are hooks for hanging coats, a large mirror and space for storing walking shoes or wellies after exploring the beaches and coastline on your doorstep.


The spacious kitchen with matt grey units and beech work surfaces provide ample storage and preparation space. The well stocked kitchen has everything you could require with AEG four zone induction ceramic hob, double electric oven with grill, larder fridge/ freezer, Samsung microwave, a full size 12 place AEG dishwasher, washer/dryer, a Dualit kettle and four slice toaster and a Kenwood tri-blade hand blender. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need to make this your home from home. A DAB/internet radio with Bluetooth is provided for the chef to choose the perfect accompaniment for your enjoyment!
There is a oak breakfast table provided with five matching chairs and large bench seat for gatherings of friends and family.
There is a half glazed stable door form the kitchen leading to the terrace.

Bedroom One with freestanding bath.

Bedroom One is located on the top floor and benefits from a freestanding bath with picture window giving a distant view across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse. This spacious room has a king size bed which is luxuriously dressed with Egyptian cotton linen. There is a large wardrobe with drawer and hanging space, a five drawer chest of drawers, matching vanity mirror, two matching bedside tables with lamps and carpet throughout. A chair is provided should you wish to relax and enjoy the view across the town from the rear window. Entertainment is provided with a 24″ LG TV and Pure DAB radio with bluetooth.
The perfect place to pamper yourself is the indulgent freestanding bath.

Bedroom Two

On the first floor and positioned to the front of the property this stunning bedroom has lovely views across the town to Godrevy Lighthouse through the triple window and towards Gwithian Sands through a further window. There is a king size (5ft) zip and link bed which can be arranged as a twin (2ft 6″ single beds) on request, a wardrobe with hanging and drawer space, two bedside tables with matching lamps, full length mirror and chest of drawers with 5 drawers. There is a window seat providing a quiet space to enjoy the views or a good book. Pine flooring throughout and luxurious lined curtains frame the windows allowing a peaceful night’s sleep in this quiet haven. Entertainment is provided with a 22″ Samsung TV and a DAB radio.

Bedroom Three

Positioned to the side of the property, bedroom three is located on the first floor and has dual aspect windows giving you views across the town, a window seat is provided to make the most of the sea glimpses. This room also boasts a double oak bed which is sumptuously dressed in Egyptian cotton linen. There is a large wardrobe with full length mirror, a chest of drawers with five drawers and matching bedside tables with lamps. For your entertainment there is a 22″ Samsung TV and a DAB radio.

Bedroom Four

The fourth and final bedroom of this beautiful home is also located on the first floor at the rear of the property. There are oak bunk beds (3ft single beds) with matching single wardrobe with hanging space & drawers, along with a five drawer tall boy providing ample space for your belongings. There are two matching bedside lamps, perfect for reading a book at bedtime, along with blackout roman blind to ensure a good night’s sleep. This bedroom is ideal for the younger members of your party. There is a 19″ TV with Sony DVD player and selection of childrens dvds provided.
Luxury cotton bed linen is provided in all bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. A hairdryer is provided in each bedroom for guest use together with complimentary White Company toiletries in the bathroom.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom is located on first floor near to bedroom two, three and four. The bathroom suite comprises a bath with handheld shower, separate shower cubicle, wash basin, large mirror, vanity mirror with shelf and a heated towel rail.


There is a W.C. with wash hand basin and mirror on the first floor adjacent to the family bathroom.
A selection of high quality towels are provided for guest use. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided in the bathroom.

Freestanding Bath in Bedroom One

Bedroom one provides a real indulgence with a free standing double ended bath from which you can view the sea.

Decked Terrace

To the side of the property is a sheltered, walled decked terrace which can be accessed via doors from the living area or kitchen, a wooden table and 4 chairs are provided, perfect for enjoying a morning cuppa or alfresco glass of your favourite tipple!
A useful hose is available to wash off wet suits or sandy feet. In addition there is a washing line for guest use.
At the back of the patio there is a stone staircase to an alternative exit from the property onto a lane leading to Windsor Hill.

"We found the property excellent and really enjoyed our stay. Over the years we have been regular visitors to St Ives and it was the third time this year that we have stayed in St Ives but our first time at this property and our first booking with Carbis Bay Holidays, it all went so well and the staff were really helpful that we have already re booked the House again."
