We have just finished refurbishing this beautiful home located on a hillside over looking the water , with 3/4 luxurious bedrooms . Master bedroom : super king size bed , ensuite with bath and separate walk in shower. Seperate dressing room . Bedroom 2 : double bed . Bed 3 : king size bed , there is another bathroom next to bedroom 3 with a walk in shower that services the two bedrooms .

Downstairs there is a fourth bedroom with a new double sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower ideal for wheelchair users . All the bedrooms have there own flat screen TVs . With two living rooms one being one the second floor with a large wood burner , outside balcony over looking the water. The second living room is located in the kitchen / dining room, this room also has a wood burner .There is Free wifi through out the self catering house . A large open plan kitchen/dining room consisting off a large double fridge , double oven with five gas burners , dish washer and equipment to cater for eight people . Ultility room with two washings machines and two tumble dryers . There is a large patio area with seating for 10 people and a large gas BBQ . Parking for 3 cars . With a food market and two pubs with in a five minute drive ( one pub you can walk too ) the location of the property is ideal for a relaxing break . 5 minute walk to Penpol quay .Our self catering house keeper would come in twice a week we can arrange which days would be suitable with you when you book .
