The swimming pool is 12mts x 7 mts and is for your sole use. It has a shallow end for kids (2.0 feet).The deep end is 5.5feet.

Both south facing sunbathing terraces are sun traps, and are equipped with sun loungers and mattresses.

The focal point of the villa is the upper semi covered terrace and much of your stay will be spent here, relaxing, cooking on the built-in barbeque and dining with sea views to Fuerteventura over Playa Blanca.

There is an al-fresco dining table seating up to 10, where guests can have family meals.

American Seagul 1V water purifier, sweet fresh drinking water on tap in the kitchen, no more carrying water bottles back from the supermarket

The villa is situated within a 1000sq mt walled plot, Private driveway for parking right outside the front door. Helicol SOLAR pool heating system in operation from October to May. Aquadreams solar pool cover must be put on overnight! Utility Room: Utility area with auto washing machine, and large drying space with clothes lines.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / included. Maid service: Weekly clean and change of linen and towels included only for TWO WEEK BOOKINGS. For 8-13 day bookings maid service is optional at £95.00 for a mid-term full clean and linen/towel change!

Maximum of three children.
Baby at £60.00 per week inc. cot/high chair.

Bedroom occupancy: 2 persons = 1 double + 1 twin. 3 persons = 1 double + 1 twin. 4 persons = 1 double + 2 twins. 5 persons 1 double + 2 twins, 6/7/8 persons = 1 doubles + 4 twins.
If 4/5 persons require all 5 bedrooms there is a supplement of £40.00 per week, If 3 persons require 3 bedrooms £30.00 supplement.
Electric wheel chairs: There is a supplement of £20.00 per week to cover charging.
