Palm House is a 3 bed 3 bath property in the heart of a bustling harbour, reputed to be the oldest house still in use on Kefalonia we do not have the exact date of construction but the house is first mentioned on a Venetian plan of the port dated 1756 then called Porto Santa Efimia.
The house was owned by Count Deladetsima who fell on hard times and the house was auctioned in 1874 when the family of the current owners purchased it.
The house is fully modernised with air conditioning, airy spacious bedrooms, tiled modern bathrooms, balcony's overlooking the harbour and a private terrace at the rear, the living area has generous proportions with plenty of comfortable sofas and a large kitchen diner.
Ideally situated with restaurants, bar's, and beaches all within a short stroll Palm House is one of the very best available in the north of the island.
Palm House is an exquisite amalgam of century-old tradition and refreshingly modern aesthetics. We have been visiting and stay in Agia Effimia for about 15 years every year,the position and facilities are excellent, fab for people and that watching. Great out side spaces and views which are unsurpassed!

Casa molto bella, spaziosa e funzionale. Ben collocata. Da Agia Efimia si possono raggiungere in sufficiente poco tempo le più belle spiagge della zona nord e anche Argostoli.
Padroni di casa veramente gentili.
