This lovely first floor apartment that is 75m2 and is located in Albufeira's most popular resort, 'Parque da Corcovada', which is situated two minutes from an Aldi Supermarket, five minutes from local shops and the famous 'Strip' full of bars, restaurants and shops.

Set back from the main road the apartment is quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the pool area for those families with young children. On site there is a Clubhouse serving food and drinks

he modern kitchen comes fully equipped with all mod cons and everything you need for a great holiday.
The lounge is very spacious with a dining table for 6 at one end and out of the patio door at the other end is a lovely balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst overlooking the secure and secluded communal gardens.

Anything advertised may not always be available due to circumstances beyond our control.

We do not generally accept Hen or Stag groups. This is at the discretion of the owner and if your booking is accepted then a higher security deposit may be requested.

Same gender groups under 30 years of age will only be accepted at the discretion of the owner. If such groups are accepted, then a higher security deposit may be requested.

We advise that you mention in your enquiry if you are unsure of our acceptance policy.

Arrivals after 8pm incur a small late arrival fee - to be paid on arrival in euros

To secure your dates we request a 25% deposit of the Total cost this can be paid by bank transfer.
5 weeks before your arrival day, we requested the balance payment which is due 4 weeks before your arrival date and a security deposit of £/€ 150.00. The security deposit will be refunded to you 3/5 days after your departure.

Payments can be made in Euros, if you prefer this then please state in your enquiry.
