The villa is 17 minutes walk to the Old Town and Fisherman's beach with a 10 minute walk to the Strip. Convenient to restaurants , bars and supermarket All our guests mention the location of the villa as the primary reason for returning year on year
3700 sq ft 5 bedroom villa sleeps 10 with 42 sq meter private heated pool . rooftop jacuzzi and games room with English speaking manager with aircon in all rooms with sky tv
BBQ supplied with free gas , beach towels provided free for guests heated pool 50 euro extra per week if required child pool safety fence 50 euro per week if required
check in 3 pm check out 10 am Saturday changeover for peak season June to August
35 minute drive from Faro airport
30% booking deposit fully non refundable balance due 60 days in advance of holiday date 400 euro or sterling damage deposit to be given in cash to the villa manager on arrival which will be returned prior to departure subject to no major breakages beyond normal wear and tear.

What more do you need??
By Rick Sturgess on 15-May-2026My family of five has just returned from our second stay at Villa Castle Mor, and once again, it did not disappoint! The villa truly has everything you could need. There’s plenty of space, a beautiful pool, and multiple seating areas so you can enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day. The hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and games room are fantastic additions—the list really does go on. It’s clear the owner is committed to maintaining high standards, with improvements made each year to keep everything fresh and up to date. The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk to local shops and cafés, and around 20 minutes on foot to the old town for a great choice of restaurants and the beach. Tom and the villa manager were extremely accommodating, allowing us to store our bags on arrival while the villa was being prepared after the previous guests. This made our first day so much easier and stress-free. The villa itself was spotless, and the manager gave us a full walkthrough on arrival—he was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be returning again!
Perfect Family Holiday.
By Bernadette on 01-May-2026We have just arrived home (begrudgingly!) following a week long stay in the gorgeous Castle Mor Lda. This beautiful home was the perfect selection for our family holiday (three kids, parents & grandparents) to help celebrate a special big birthday. We were looking for relaxing & quiet surroundings but also a convenient location to shops, restaurants, beach etc. should we wish to venture out and about, with Castle Mor Lda being the perfect spot for this. The house itself...amazing. There are so many facilities...pool, jacuzzi, games room, bbq...the list goes on. The bedrooms & the amount of beds available would have allowed us to have several more people there should we have wanted to. There is the worlds amount of cutlery & delph and we never found ourselves lacking for anything. Our kids were also able to disappear off to other rooms for a bit of "quiet time" when needed & for the most part, were happy to stay home in the Villa. We had the pool heated and a pool fence which for most parents, is one of the most important things when choosing somewhere to stay. I have to say a special mention to Tom (the owner) who from start to finish had excellent communication with us and the advise and care he provided us with meant we felt so at ease prior to and during our holiday. It was a sense of security you don't usually get when booking a property abroad so we thank you profusely for that. Tom even organised our transfers to & from the airport for us. Another hassle we didn't have to worry about. When we return to Albufeira again, we would most certainly like to stay here again if possible. 😊

Fantastic
By Dalane on 13-Sep-2025Hi Tom, We have just arrived home. We had a lovely week in your beautiful villa. There was everything we could possibly need.....and more!!! Joao was fantastic, he made sure we understood how to use everything the villa had to offer. He made adjustments to ensure the baby safety gate would fit for us, a really nice man. We would definitely like to stay again in the future. The whole process from initially speaking to you over a year ago and everything you arranged for us......pool fence, transfers etc was seamless.

Left on Nov 22, 2024 for a stay in Sep 2024 I am giving this review not because I went to the villa but because I didn’t . Sadly my son broke his shoulder so our holiday had to be cancelled . I just wanted to leave a review to say that Tom was really helpful in providing the no show documents required for my travel insurance . It took several attempts to get the documents worded how they required but eventually they were happy and have paid out . Best Villa in Albufeira
By Brian on 13-Aug-2024This is are 2nd visit to this excellent villa, were do you start, everything about this villa is fabulous, caters for all ages, rooms and beds brilliant, new pool area is perfect, hot tub on the roof is a must at night, villa has all you need, the games room was used regularly with many a sporting competition lol, the villa seems far out of the way, but you are only 10mins from the strip or 15 mins to the old town all walkable or taxi/under is only 5 euro to each, supermarkets are also close by 1 at the bottom and top, Aldi and Lidl about 15 min walk, Lidl is the better of the 2, do to sum up this villa, if you are going to Albufeira then this is the villa for you, Tom was the perfect gentleman, as he organized collection at the airport and return trip all reasonably priced 110 euro party of 11, Joao villa manager again a gentleman, will meet you at the villa, just send your arrival time, he will walk you through all you need to know, 5 star villa
