Furnished with high quality furniture with seating for up to six. The apartment is equipped with free wifi, a 32inch TV and DVD system.
The pull out Leather sofa bed can comfortably sleep two adults.
The stylish Kitchen has the equipment one would expect of most luxury Apartments. With a Breakfast Area seating 6 and laundry facilities.
The air conditioned Double Bedroom has a private Balcony enjoying afternoon/evening sun, a luxury En-suite consists of a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. There is ample clothes storage space.
The air conditioned twin bedroom is light airy also with spacious clothes storage and is across the Hall from the Shower Room.
The Complex - The Apartment has its own car underground parking space and lift access to all floors. Additional guest car parking is available.
Each apartment block has its own private adult and separate children’s swimming pool with plenty of loungers and sunshades.
The Parque da Corcovada is a spacious complex with over an acre of landscaped gardens. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants nearby and a café/restaurant within the complex.
The Area - One of the finest beaches on the Algarve coast is only a kilometre away. Parque da Corcovada is only a short walk from the Albufeira Bullring and “The Strip” - this mile long street is lined with numerous Shops, Bars, Night Clubs and Restaurants to suit all tastes.
Albufeira old town is only 5 minutes away by car/taxi. The town has several beaches, a vibrant modern marina, historic streets, plentiful shopping and cliff top restaurants to find and explore.

Supermarkets are within walking distance and the large “Algarve Shopping” mall is on the outskirts of town, a short ride away.
Slightly further a field there is Cliff Richard’s Vineyard, Numerous Golf courses, Water parks, Horse Riding, some fantastic mountain scenery and a number of beautiful traditional Portuguese Towns.
Services - You will receive a personal Meet and Greet introduction to the apartment. We provide linen for use during your stay and the apartment. Please provide your own beach towels if required. Access to the underground car park can be arranged directly via Marplus for a small fee.
Marplus are our on-site management company and can independently provide numerous additional services including: Airport Transfers; Cots/high chairs; Welcome Pack etc. if required.
Airport Parque da Corcovada is approximately 35 minutes by car from Faro airport. Which has regular flights to a variety of UK and other European airports.

Booking & Deposit To confirm your booking we require 25% of the total fee payable, the balance to be paid not less than 6 weeks prior to your visit. (Exceptions will be made for last minute bookings). We will require the balance plus £100 deposit and this will be returned within 14 days after you vacate the apartment, so long as there are no breakages, damage or exceptional cleaning charges.
Check in and Out - A representative will be at the apartment to greet you and show you around the apartment.
