2 Bed, 2 Bathroom Apartment With Balcony Overlooking Pool and Towards the Ocean

This modern, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Olhos De Água, Albufeira is located in a very convenient position, with restaurants, amenities and the beach all within a comfortable walk.

The accommodation is on the 2nd floor with lift access. There is 1 double ensuite bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. In addition we can sleep an additional child on a fold up bed. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower and the 2nd bathroom has a shower. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area opens out onto balconies overlooking the pool and gardens and with views towards the ocean. The larger balcony is a good size and set up for al fresco dining with a BBQ and slightly shaded eating area. The smaller balcony is ideal for relaxing in a chair in the sun.

There are good recreational facilities including a large L-shaped pool with a separate shallow part for kiddies, a tennis court (tennis raquets are provided) and also a small children’s play area with 2 swings and a slide.

The apartment benefits from free wi-fi access and air conditioning in both bedrooms.

The building has a secure door entry system with lift access. There is a gated private parking area with a space for the sole use of the apartment.

It is in an excellent location for those of you who do not want to hire a car having the benefit of most amenities within easy walking distance including restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and the beach.

Excellent Holiday Location

Just home from an amazing holiday at this apartment. As a family of 4 with grown up children (19 & 17) we were extremely pleased with what this appartment had to offer. The appartment was well laid out, clean and fridge stocked with basics to get you started. Each appartment has its own sunbeds so no need to rush out early morning. Whilst we were there we often had the pool to ourselves as lots of families head off to the beach. There are a number of restaurants and bars nearby with very reasonably priced meals. A trip to the strip costs approx €6 each way. The appartments are secure with shutters to offer peace of mind. There are keys for the gates for further security. Jackie and Tony are very professional and offer everything you could need : airport tf, cleaning and knowledge of the area. We all agree this was an amazing find and one we wouldn't hesitate to recommend/use again

Comfortable, Spacious, Secure Apartment In A Fantastic Location.

We have just returned from a terrific 8 night stay in this lovely apartment. Thanks to Jackie and Tony (the property management team), who made the whole booking process very easy, and were always on hand to answer any queries we had. The 2 bed, and 2 bath property meant it was ideal for 2 couples. Everything we needed for our stay was available....and more! One particular afternoon enjoying a barbeque on the large sunny balcony was an absolute delight. The garden and pool area is clean and well maintained, and we even took advantage of the tennis court on a couple of mornings for an hour. The location is ideal, and even though we hired a car, it wasn't really necessary as everything required is in close proximity. We have booked various apartments around this area over the years, and I have to say that this is probably the best we have had.

Family of 4 who enjoyed all Olhos has to offer, great beach great restaurants especially Calheiros for local dishes and Fratellis down on the sea front. Will definitely be returning.

Super, Well Equipped Apartment In Good Location

We had 10 days in this lovely apartment which is in a great location - not too close to noisy bars and right beside a supermarket so no car required! The bedrooms have lovely fresh, clean white bed linen and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space too. Bathrooms are lovely with bath and shower in the en suite. The kitchen is very well equipped. This was important to us as I like to cook when on holiday (not every night of course!). There is a large terrace with a charcoal BBQ where you can cook steaks from the lovely butcher in the municipal market three minutes away (beside the supermarket). Fresh bread and croissants are available every day from 0800 in the supermarket, including Sundays. The terrace is large as the apt is on the second floor which is the top of the building. The only thing I would have liked is an umbrella to give some shade as it's nice to be able to enjoy lunch outside but the sun was so hot it was heating the plates!! Jackie was brilliant - very helpful both before and during our stay. We had a fantastic welcome pack which allowed us to enjoy a lovely lunch on arrival. The complex is very secure with coded gates and there is a parking space too. Views from the sea from the patio too. We highly recommend this place. There is a main road beside it but it's not overly noisy. Pool and gardens lovely and well kept.

A First Class Apartment And Holiday

We have stayed in many apartments across Europe and this was up with the best. The photos don't do it justice, it is spacious, well furnished and very well equipped and presented. The only single suggestion we can make is the table on the terrace needs a sunshade and if you want UK TV, forget it! the WiFi connection is there but not strong. Jackie and Tony are fantastic hosts. Nothing is too much troubler, a welcome pack awaits you with all the essentials including much needed beer and wine! Before our arrival Jackie was kind enough to arrange a very competitively priced hire car, the price was way better than I achieved on the net. Location brilliant, nearest decent restaurant 10 minutes walk, beach 15 mins, supermarket next door - 100 metres! Weather was fabulous, 28 and sunshine all week. A really great holiday.

Fantastic Apartment, Pictures Don't Do It Justice

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at this apartment and I must say the pictures on the site do not do it justice. Its clean, airy and just a joy to stay in. Jackie has been a pleasure to deal with from the very offset of arranging this trip. She made all the necessary arrangements for me and my family even when I added 2 extra people for extra beds to arranging the airport transfers. She was waiting for us at the apartment and we were pleasantly surprised to find a stocked fridge with all the necessary requirements for 6 hungry travelers. There was fresh bread rolls, meats, cheeses, milk, eggs, drinks, beers and most importantly wine. That's a winner in my book!! She showed us around the apartment which we found to be in excellent condition and spotless. Bedding was pristine and there was extra in the cupboards if needed. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary essentials like iron, hairdryer, microwave and a washing machine. Sorry but i was impressed! The larger balcony area has a built in BBQ, which my boyfriend was SO impressed with, he made me take pictures so we may try and replicate it at home! The balcony area has a lovely shaded area which was a must when the heat just got too intense for us, which it did every day. It was very relaxing to sit and watch the world go by or watching fellow guests play tennis. The pool area was perfect just the right depth so my kids were never in any danger and we were quite happy in the water for most part of the day . The 4 sun loungers were also great as there was no early morning frenzy to bag them before they got snapped up. The apartment was well stocked with bits and pieces for the kids to take down to the pool or the beach which is a short 10 minute walk, which saved us from buying unnecessary bits. I loved the fact that everything was literally a walk away, the supermarket next door (literally) was stocked up with all the essentials we needed for our trip, the restaurants were a short walk away so this was extremely convenient. The only thing i will say and this is from the youngsters within our group and that is the wifi was a bit poor, especially as the TV ran off the wifi so weren't able to watch TV, this bothered the kids more than me. All in all it was a great, well maintained apartment and I will have no hesitation in booking again if I go back to lovely Portugal and will be recommending it to family and friends. Thanks Jackie and Tony, you guys were fantastic.
