.As you enter this stunning duplex apartment, you get a sense of space and luxury, as this African themed accommodation is beautiful right down to the very last detail. (Long term rentals only, with a minimum of 3 months)

The ground floor comprises of an entrance hall with alarm, kitchen on the left with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan and dishwasher and breakfast bar for 2. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and storage cupboards. There is a double bedroom with patio doors leading out to the terrace. There is a separate bathroom with large bath, shower, bidet and sink. The second double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, large bath, separate shower and toilet. Patio doors leading to private terrace.

The spectacular living area is very spacious with dining table for 6, Large flat screen TV and L-shaped sofas and seating area for 6 plus. There is a huge L-shaped outside terrace accessed from the living room and downstairs bedrooms, with outside sink and food prep area. Dining for 8 people. Lots of luxury sofas, sun beds and chairs for multiple guests.

Upstairs, there is a third double bedroom with patio doors to a large private terrace with en-suite dressing room with a ceiling skylight, large luxury bathroom with big bath, twin sinks, separate shower and toilet plus a door leading to another private terrace. Door from upstairs landing leads to large private terrace accessed by bedroom as well.

Air con and wifi throughout. 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and in a great location close to Estepona with all its shops, restaurants and bars.

In addition to the rental amount, we require a refundable security deposit of £500 which is our insurance against any losses or damages. This will be refunded after the apartment has been inspected.

If you would like to make a reservation, we require 25% of the rental amount to hold the dates for you. The balance is required 8 weeks before your rental begins, together with the refundable security deposit.
