The exterior
As mentioned, Casa Branca overlooks the hills which really makes for a tranquil setting. Enjoy the peaceful bird songs as you soak up the sun by the large pool. There are comfortable seating areas to enjoy, as well as a gas BBQ with dining area to tuck into delicious alfresco meals.
As a large property, the garden has a number of quiet areas for relaxing and reading. Down from the pool is a charming area with stone paths, a lovely garden and an eye catching fountain. Finally, there is a first floor balcony to enjoy the views.
The living areas
Inside Casa Branca, the recently renovated interiors are classy, contemporary and comfortable. The property is air conditioned, and the front door opens onto a lovely entrance hall that will make you feel at home.
The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are all open plan and open onto the patio overlooking the pool. The lounge has a TV with Lazer, lovely furnishings and natural light pouring through. When it's time to cook tasty meals, the kitchen won't disappoint. It is equipped with fridge & freezer, dishwasher, 2 small wine coolers, toaster, built-in oven, built-in microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric hob, extractor and blender. The stove and extractor can even be operated via Wi-Fi!
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bedrooms
With 4 bedrooms, Casa Branca sleeps up to 8 guests. Each bedroom features extremely comfortable beds, so a wonderful sleep is guaranteed. On the main floor are the first 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, bath and double vanity. There is a WC on the main floor too.
On the first floor, you will find the other bedrooms. These both have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bath and shower, while the other has a shower.

The small town of Santa Barbara de Nexe is in the district of Faro and lies in the middle of a picturesque landscape, in a green and colourful meadowland with almond trees – especially between January and May. The area has a great mixture of different nationalities with a strong English community. 15 to 20-minute drive to the beaches and golf courses.
