Holiday home in Almancil, central Algarve, with private swimming pool, tennis court, boules and games room. Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms.
Casa Cristina is in the hills above Almancil, a town close to Faro airport and to the Quinta Do Lago and Vale Do Lobo resorts and the many beaches nearby. The villa's hillside location offers a great view from its large terrace to the sea and a cooling breeze often blows even in the height of summer.
The villa sleeps up to 8 people in four bedrooms (all twin beds), three with ensuite bathrooms and one with a bathroom opposite. Two of the bathrooms have baths as well as showers. There are two terraces at the front and rear of the building to catch the sun from morning to evening. There is plenty of space for outdoor dining, plus two bbqs (ones gas, one charcoal).
Downstairs there is a games room with a pool table and table tennis table, satellite television with Sky Sports and movies. The private pool has a safety fence around it so families with small children can relax and can be lit at night. There is also a boules court in the garden under the orange trees. At the back of the villa, there is a private tennis court (due to be resurfaced in 2025). For days at the beach there are umbrellas, body boards and beach games. Golf clubs can be borrowed on request.
There is Wifi available throughout the villa and all home comforts, including hairdryers, linen, bath towels, beach towels, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is A/C in all of the rooms upstairs. The downstairs is much cooler but floor fans are provided in the bedroom and games room. There is onsite parking for 2 cars. There is a maid service (included) every other day during weekdays which can be increased for an additional fee. High chairs, cots or baby gates can be provided on request.
Nearby, as well as incredible beaches, there are hiking trails, weekend markets, water parks and golf courses and the villa is a short drive from several excellent restaurants and The Campus, a state-of-the-art sports centre and gym.

There is a property manager to help with the smooth running of your stay, should it be required. Check in is after 2pm and check out by 11am (please contact us for exceptions).
During peak season (May and October half-terms in UK and 1st July - 1st September) changeover days are Saturday to Saturday. During these peak weeks rentals are per week only. For shorter stays in off-peak season, please get in touch.
A 30 percent deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due in two further installments, the final payment being due six weeks before your arrival date at the villa.
Refunds for cancellations are as follows:
Less than six weeks prior to arrival, loss of deposit.
Three to five weeks prior to arrival, 50pc of total
Two weeks (14 days) or less prior to arrival, 100pc of total.
