Description

A lovely detached three bedroomed villa (sleeps 6) set in private grounds in the prestigious urbanisation of La Capellania, Benalmadena and built on one level making it ideal for young children and the elderly. Enter via the remote controlled metal gates and there is a convenient car parking for up to three cars within the drive. The villa and its grounds are next to the pool area and there is rustic stone paving surrounding the pool itself complete with shower for use before and after using the elegant free-form pool. There is plenty of sunbathing space as well as a quality gas barbecue so picture yourself enjoying a relaxed lunch in the shade of the bar/ gazebo neighbouring the pool area, sipping a glass of chilled Rioja while dinner sizzles on the barbecue. Later on have a swim in the illuminated pool and gardens and taking in the moon and stars above the Mediterranean sea at night – absolutely stunning.

Enter via the stylish, modern front door into the hallway which leads into the spacious living room with very comfortable sofas, occasional table, hot and cold remote-controlled air conditioner giving you the perfect temperature all year round. The living room has full-width sliding patio doors leading into the large corner terrace which features floor-to-ceiling folding glass curtains so you can enjoy the terrace all year round. The television unit also accommodates the fibre optic internet receiver so you can sit in comfort either watching TV or catching up on your social media. There is also an elegant hardwood desk and this is perfect for business people who need to stay in touch with their office at home whilst still enjoying a relaxed family holiday.
Incorporated into the living space is the exquisite dining table with six rattan chairs and elegant overhead lighting creating the perfect ambience for those formal family dining experiences.

Directly adjacent to the dining area is the very modern and stylish kitchen complete with an extensive range of inbuilt facilities including double oven with separate microwave, electric vitroceramic hob with overhead extractor canopy, American double fridge freezer with chilled water & ice dispense as well as the wine cooler which can be used without having to open the fridge door – excellent. Double stainless sinks are set into the polished granite worktop and there is, of course a dishwasher. All in all this is a superbly equipped cook’s kitchen so your culinary skills can be used for the enjoyment and pleasure of your guests and family.

There are three bedrooms, two of which have sliding patio doors to the terrace and pool area.The bedrooms are all accessed from the hallway:

Master suite has a King-size (150cm.) bed with comfortable mattress, fitted wardrobes bedside tables each with a decorative table lamp perfect for a spot of night time reading. There is is plenty of wardrobe space and the wardrobes have elegant floor-to.ceiling mirror glass doors. The bedroom floor is stylish laminate material which adds to the style and elegance of this room. Of course there is a hot and cold remote-controlled air conditioner for your comfort. The special feature is the sliding patio door to the pool area so you can take an early morning dip without disturbing the other guests.
This room has its own striking ensuite bath/ shower room with feature double wash basin unit with illuminated mirror over, walk-in full-width shower featuring twin massage shower heads. There is underfloor heating and wall-mounted infra-red heaters for perfect comfort.

The second bedroom has a King-size (150cm.) bed a night stand with pretty table lamp. There is is plenty of wardrobe space and the wardrobes have classical local hardwood and elegantly panelled doors. The bedroom floor is stylish laminate material which adds to the style and elegance of this room. Of course there is a hot and cold remote-controlled air conditioner for your comfort. The special feature is the sliding patio door to the pool area so you can take an early morning dip without disturbing the other guests.

Bedroom 3 has double bed and the room has excellent wardrobe space and stylish laminate flooring. The window looks on the entrance driveway and gardens.. There is also a, hot and cold remote-controlled air conditioner giving you the perfect temperature all year round.
There is a family bathroom serving second and third bedrooms and this has a wide, glass screened shower as well as underfloor heating and wall-mounted infra-red heaters for perfect comfort.

All bedrooms are decorated and furnished to the highest of standards and carefully maintained by our excellent cleaning and maintenance team.

The outside space is ideal for your holiday enjoyment and is very private and bordered along one entire side by a lush green valley (Arroyo in Spanish) which has natural bamboo growing there and whose fronds gently sway in the light Mediterranean breeze creating comfortable natural ambience. Located by the shallow end of the pool is a purpose built timber gazebo complete with small bar and circular glass table comfortably seating up to six people. There is also an outside dining table and this is where the top-of-the range gas barbecue is located. This is perfect for barbecue connoisseurs because the chef is not separated from his (or her) family who can offer their own encouragement and cooking tips to the cook whilst sipping cool Viña Sol or a robust Rioja to suit the taste of the diners.

There is also a dedicated utility room/ laundry complete with shower room; ideal for after using the pool.

About 10 minutes walk to safe, sandy beach with bars and restaurants. An ideal base for sightseeing with aquaparks about 10 minutes drive, Fuengirola 10 mins., Mijas about 15 minutes and Gibraltar just over one hour. The villa is less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport and we can arrange your transfer if you wish. We live about 15 minutes away and speak fluent Spanish. There is a shopping centre at the entrance to the urbanisation and this has a Carrefour supermarket, newsagents/booksellers, tapas bar, dry cleaners, Tea/Cake shop and excellent Indian restaurant. The white Andalusian village of Benalmadena Pueblo is only 3 kms. from the house and you can enjoy strolling through its peaceful cobbled streets and taking lunch at one of the many cafes and restaurants.

Villa is 200 square metres built set in a 700 square metre plot and the illuminated pool is 24 square metres.

The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival with bedlinen, towels and kitchen/ bathroom essentials provided.
The cost of final cleaning and laundry services is not included; costs are €100 for cleaning and laundry at €12,50 per person.
Extra maid service can be ordered if you wish at €10 per hour.

Access is required each week on a predetermined day for garden and pool maintenance.

Check in is from 16.00 and check out is at 10.00 a.m. on day of departure. These times can be changed by prior arrangement.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT – This is a refundable deposit of €500.
