Equipped with one full size bathroom with a bath/shower. Utility room is equipped with a washing machine and iron /board.
The lounge area is bright and spacious with an open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area including a newly refurbished breakfast bar with bar stools.
French doors lead to a beautiful large terrace, perfect for alfresco dining.
The stunning sand beach of Cala En Porter is only a 7 minute walk from the apartment ,including a good selection of small shops & a local supermarket , and of course all the restaurants in the area. The famous caves Cova den Xoroi are also in close proximity which offer breathtaking coastal sea views.
This area is peaceful and tranquil yet very nicely situated , as Cala En Porter is only a 10 minute drive to Mahon (airport).
The apartment also has free off road parking.
Apartment changeover day :
Apartment check out by 10 a.m (requests are considered for a later check out. Check in time is 3 p.m.
The bed linen (only 100% cotton used )and towels are changed weekly or after 5 nights if a 10 night stay(new full maid service , this however does not include beach towels).

Families welcome and couples must be aged over 25.
Pets welcome on request, an additional fee of £10 a day per pet Is required.
No stag/hen parties permitted.
All guest are required to have their own adequate insurance.
This apartment is strictly NON-SMOKING
Bookings
Check availability on website and email any requests.
A deposit of 50% for each week booked (non-refundable) to secure a booking , payable via bank transfer , plus £100 security/breakage deposit (refundable on return of keys and inspection within 2 weeks of departure ).
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival at apartment.

Prices are per week in pounds sterling based upon up to four persons.

CANCELLATION POLICY - 50% refund up to 1 month prior to
Arrival.
25% Refund less than 1 month prior to arrival date .
Breakages Security Deposit of £100 refunded within two weeks , upon inspection and return of keys.
