Stunning Villa with a 'contemporary feel' situated in the extremely peaceful local of Son Vitamina. The property features 3 Double bedrooms (thus can sleep upto 6) 2 Bathrooms, private pool. 'Al Fresco' dining area with integrated Barbecue all under the shade of a large Pergola and a lawned garden area with swings and slide to entertain our younger guests.
The grounds are completely fenced and gated ensuring your privacy. All rooms are decorated to a high standard in a contemporary style which focuses on quality and relaxation two ingredients which are a must during your holiday. The grounds follow the same theme with various areas to relax either in or out of the sun.
Having never rented a villa privately before, to say I was a little dubious at first would be an understatement. However!! Julie and Marc instantly put my mind at ease. They responded quickly to all of my pre-booking questions, provided detailed and accurate descriptions of both the villa and route from the airport and were very helpful all the way through, nothing was too much trouble and you really felt you were renting someone's home. In terms of the villa, as an incredibly fussy traveller, I had done a lot of homework and the descriptions were spot on and it far exceeded our expectations. It was very modern, well maintained, clean (most important!) and had the feeling of a home. The facilities were exactly as described and the little extras such as the dvd collection and games console really are a nice touch (especially when you have torrential thunderstorms like we experienced on day two of our holiday). As described in previous reviews the villa is located down a quiet cul-de-sac and feels very private and very safe especially with the remote gate access. Cala En Porter is a short 5 minutes drive away and is where we spent most of our days at the beach, however you really are never far away from anywhere with Mahon a short 10-15 minute drive away where there is access to all of the big supermarkets. Overall if you want to rent somewhere slightly out of the resorts but with full access to the amenities just a short drive away I cannot recommend this villa enough. Thank you Marc and Julie for a lovely holiday and one we really hope to repeat soon.
We are delighted that you and your family had a great holiday and its so lovely when a client has taken the time to write a review about our villa and the area, thank you so much.
We do feel that having a holiday in a villa should be relaxing but also private and always hope both these things the villa delivers to our clients.
We look forward to welcoming you back on the near future.

Fab fab fabulous villa, pretty much perfect, in a very quiet cul de sac, very private, spacious, glass panelling around pool looks great, not splashed at all while seated outside. Villa very modern with a high standard of utensils. Comfortable outside seating, dining area shaded from sun. Local pub - Nelsons - five minute walk, excellent value, as was food, with wi fi too.. We all felt very secure with remote controlled gates to property. Wouldn't hesitate at rebooking. Thanks Julie and Marc.
Many thanks Carol, we're so pleased that you had a lovely time and that you found the villa to your liking. It's alway great to receive such a positive review. Kindest regards Marc and Julie
Stayed at Marc and Julie's beautiful villa for a family holiday including a toddler Pool is secured from the villa by a gate so no worries with little ones, very reassuring. Everything anyone would need for a totally relaxing holiday and more would love this villa. Close to local pub nelsons, only a short drive to saint clement with their shops, and a short drive to Cala en porters beach, shops, restaurants. Would definaltly recommend to everyone, can't wait to come back again. Thank you Marc and Julie
Thank you so much for your lovely review Christine. We would love to welcome you back again in the future. Kindest regards Marc and Julie
Lovely villa, beautiful pool. Well placed to explore the Island. Owners very helpful and accommodating.
So very pleased that your family had a lovely holiday in our villa. Thank you for your kind words.
This was our second stay at the Villa (several years apart) and we will absolutely be back again in the future. Marc and Julie are great communicators and from the outset the booking process was simple and straight forward. The villa is superb in every aspect and a real home from home; clean, tidy, modern and very well maintained throughout. Anyone booking will not be disappointed and whilst the world is full of great places to visit and see, we love everything that both the Villa and Menorca have to offer and will certainly be back again in the not too distant future.
It's always very satisfying to have returning guests and delighting when they continue to be so happy with their stay. Many thanks Paul and family hope to see you with us again in the future. Best wishes from Marc and Julie

We (family of 4, daughter 6yrs, son 11yrs) booked 26th May till 9th June '17. I spent months trawling through properties to find the perfect one as we wanted something that extra bit special as this was our first proper family holiday out of the UK. Marc and Julie were fantastic throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, their advice and knowledge of places to visit, car hire centres etc was priceless. You can clearly tell this villa has been a much loved and well cared for family home and not thrown together with budget fittings and furniture. Everything you could ever need is here. The xbox and smart TV were a welcome break for the children to rest from the mid day sun and give mum & dad some quality sunbathing time. The villa is not overlooked at all which is fantastic for around the pool and is located is a very quiet residential area.. We hired a car for 2 weeks from Autos Victoria(recommended by Marc) fantastic family firm, Quite reasonable with fully comp insurance no hidden extras like most. Citadella in the West is the old capital and well worth a walk around the small streets off the square to explore. Mahon (Maò) the new capital has a fantastic harbour with all the multi million pound boats (you can dream), its centre is very cosmopolitan. 'Passio Mediterranean' is the last Tapas restuaraunt along the harbour, amazing food, only saw the locals eating there so always a good sign. Very modern twists and infused flavours, not cheap but well worth it. There are lots of supermarkets on the outskirts of Mahon but we fell across an Aldi of all places, it was fantastic as it only really stocked Spanish products but was much cheaper than the Mercadonas. Rioja and Tempranillo at worryingly cheap prices.. The Majorcan Gin is fantastic especially with 7up (very refreshing) We had a BBQ most nights with lots of local fish and Langoustines from the fish market in Mahon (Mercat de Pescados) use sat nav on phone as its a bit tricky to find and looks like an old square building. They serve fresh tapas while you look around, shuts at lunch. Nelsons gastro pub (200mtrs) from the villa and the only local bar/restaurant) lovely food, reasonable prices. Ate there twice. Checked out a few unspoilt beaches but best beach by far and child friendly was Cala Galdana, a bit like the Caribbean but 30 mins drive from the villa. Only complaint was 2 weeks wasn't enough, all gutted to have left this beautiful home and would love to return.
Thanks so much to Steve for this wonderful review. Julie and I try to ensure that expectations of our guests are not only met but exceeded. We also love keeping in touch with our guests so it was great when Steve would text us asking for advice and pointers whilst he was at the villa, it really felt that we helped contribute to his stay on this lovely island that was once our home. Thanks again Steve and hope one day in the future you may return.

Our third stay at this wonderful villa. It has all the facilities to make a relaxing holiday. All the info and description are well accurate and the property was extra clean and maintained. Julie and Marc were as helpful as ever. Bar Nelson the restaurant in walking distance was also as excellent as ever. We tried some new restaurants in Calan Porter which were all very nice.
As always it's a pleasure to receive returning guests and we really are both most grateful for the lovely review.
Julie and I strive every year to ensure the villa meets with and hopefully exceeds expectations.
We sincerely hope that you visit us again in the future.
With kindest regards
Marc and Julie
The villa fully lived up to and exceeded our expectations with everything we could possibly need for our stay. You can tell it has been set up as a home. The property was clean and cared for. Marc and Julie were extremely helpful both before, during and after the booking process and i very much hope we can return one day. The pool is perfect and all the better for not being over chlorinated. With a hire car it was easy and fun to explore the island a little but return to our lovely retreat at the end of the day. We particularly enjoyed the beach bar/ cafe at Binebequer for a late morning coffee pre sea swim/snorkelling (we hired kayaks from a little place around the corner there _double kayak was £20 for 2 hours); there is a lovely bakery in Sant Clement which is just a couple of km away; and so many gorgeous beaches - just not enough time! Highly recommend this villa .
Firstly thank you so much for taking the time to write a review.
We are so pleased you and your family enjoyed your stay in our villa on the beautiful island of Menorca and that it exceeded your expectations.
It's lovely to hear that families have had a great holiday and especially that they would return for future holidays.

After trawling through dozens of villas, we were lured by the luxury and privacy this one appeared to offer - we weren't disappointed. The villa is a short drive from the airport and is situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac which affords the villa privacy, and peace perfect peace. Some of the highlights include the pool, the outdoor eating area, the comfort inside the villa and for me the fantastic outside sofa which was positioned by the pool but with plenty of shade. In an ideal world I would have liked to have been supplied with (or at least given advance warning) that I should take a cloth to wipe kitchen surfaces, and some dishwasher tablets, and some hand-wash as I hadn't given that any thought when I picked up a few staples on the way to the villa from the airport. One of the previous reviews suggests a 'welcome pack' and while I don't know if that's essential as you pass a great shop on the way to the villa, I think one or two essentials would be useful. However, these little suggestions are purely that - suggestions. The villa is simply fabulous. For us its situation was perfect because we like peace and relaxation however a few minutes away there is the lovely resort of Cala En Porter, and 15/20 mins drive is Son Bou which has a great beach - our teenage girls loved the waves here. I would also highly recommend Es Castell - we didn't visit there til our second last day and really wished we'd found it sooner (lovely restaurants, ice cream parlour, harbour and beautiful views). I would say it's almost essential to hire a car, although if you only wanted to do some local shopping you could probably do that on bikes as Sant Climent isn't far. But in order to have choices I think a car is a good idea. We spent lots of time lounging by the pool but it was very handy to be able to jump in the car whenever we needed to. So, all in all if you're looking for a touch of class in a peaceful, secluded setting then you are in for a treat - Thank you very much indeed. Thank you for your kind words. It's always lovely to hear that our clients have had a wonderful holiday at our villa. When we come back for a holiday we totally relax, something I think we all find hard to do in our day to day life. Generally with cleaning products/hand washes there are items left from the previous clients, but I think that's a good point making sure that some basics are made available. Again many thanks for your lovely review.
Quite simply this was one of our best holidays to date and none of us wanted to leave. This was largely due to the lovely home that Marc and Julie have to offer in such a peaceful, safe and secure location. Not only was it all very well presented, but small things like the use of buckets and spades, children’s books and toys and also the DVD collections made the finishing touches for us.
Dear Paul, Many thanks for taking the time to review your stay at the villa. We are both delighted that you enjoyed not only the property but the location and the small touches we have added. Your kind comments are very much appreciated and we hope that some time in the future we may see you return. Very best regards Marc and Julie
We stayed here for a week with our 2 young children and our friends who also have 2 children. The villa is really beautiful; clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need during your holiday. The pool area is particularly nice and well maintained and more importantly much safer than in some villas due to there being a shallow end and a glass wall separating the pool from the veranda. The owners were very helpful before we booked/arrived, answering lots of questions that we had and gave us clear directions to the villa for our arrival. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area. There is a nice pub/restaurant which you can walk to, but you would need a car to get anywhere else. Saying that, Cala n' Porter is only a short drive away and has shops, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants. This was our 2nd visit to Menorca and it really is a lovely place to visit, especially with young children. Our little boy asks to go back on an almost daily basis!! Hiring a car is a great way to visit different resorts and most are very close to each other. My one suggestion to the owners is that it would be very helpful if a few, basic supplies were left in the villa for your arrival, e.g milk and bread. As some flights arrive in the evening shops are closed and it is difficult to buy anything on that day, which can prove slightly difficult when you're travelling with children!Recommended for: Families with Young Children.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review our villa. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. With reference with your suggestion regarding welcome packs, that is something we will definitely be looking into to offer future guests. Your kind comments are very much appreciated. Kindest regards Marc and Julie

My family and I have stayed at this wonderful villa for the past two years. It has all the facilities and more that you could ever wish for. Its the most relaxing holidays we have ever had and would be there again this year except there are only two of us holidaying. Its also close to a wonderful bar/restaurant in walking distance. I would recommend this villa to anyone young and old.Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.
