This superb 2 bed air conditioned apartment is just 3 mins walk to the centre of Carvoeiro, the esplanade and beach. No need for cars/taxis for your nights out here as everything is within walking distance.

Casa Batata is a very spacious fully air conditioned 2 bed apartment very close to the centre of Carvoeiro at 3 mins walk. The apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 4 adults and 1 baby in a cot. Guests of the apartment can use the two condominium pools whenever they wish and there are 4 sun beds allocated for our guests use only.
The bedrooms format is one double and one twin, both air conditioned with the double having a balcony off with a table and chairs for comfort and privacy.
The apartment is accessed from the first floor (lift available if required) and has a hallway, lounge and huge terrace area with purpose built BBQ for our guests. The lounge has comfortable seating for 4 adults and is fully air conditioned, with a log fire for winter bookings if required. There is a good sized TV with multi channels and wi-fi supplies a good fibre optic speed and included in the price. Access to the two bedrooms is down a set of stairs where the twin and double bedrooms are located. The shower room is directly outside the bedrooms and has been totally modernised with new units.
The beauty of the apartment is that it is almost in the centre of the village and just 3 mins walk to the central beach and all it's bars, shops, banks, restaurants, cafes etc. There is no need for a car or taxis for your evenings out as everything is within walking distance. This apartment has every ingredient for a fun packed family holiday at an affordable price.


The property has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both with air con. It is on 2 floors with the bedrooms downstairs (one with it's own private balcony) and the lounge and kitchen on the upper floor. Huge spacious terrace with table and chairs off the lounge plus purpose built BBQ.

The lounge has a TV with multi channels.

Check in is usually 1500 on changeover days but occasionally flexible to allow guests to enter earlier dependent on the schedule. Check out 1000, later if any flexibility.

Access to the apartment is by key safe routine which guests are advised of when booking.

We require a 25% deposit to seal dates, then the balance and a returnable breakages and damages deposit is required by 2 calendar months prior to arrival.
