Casa Safia is a comfortable and modern air conditioned 2 bed apartment in the centre of Carvoeiro. There is no need for a hire car or taxis with this apartment as everything is within walking distance.

There are plenty of interesting walks around the coast and beach areas of Carvoeiro, notably the long wodden boardwalk which hugs the coast and affords great views. A taxi rank is just a few mins walk away if you wanted to go further and enjoy towns such as Silves, Lagoa, Portimao and others. Carvoeiro has scores of fantastic restaurants to suit all culinary tastes and there are vegan and vegetarian options at nearly all. There are 3 water parks in the area which are Slide & Splash (15 mins), Aqualand (20 mins) and Zoomarine (20 mins) where you can swim with dolphins. There are also great golf courses in the area, two of which are 18 hole championship courses (10 mins) and Vale de Milho Par 3, 9 hole in Carvoeiro itself. There are two beaches in the walkable area which are Carvoeiro Beach (2 mins walk) and Vale Centianes (20 mins walk). The former has several restaurants and cafes, and the latter has the 'O Stop' Beach restaurant and views from here are wonderful.

Access to the front door is from Rua do Barranco (The Out Road) and up one set of stairs into the lounge and kitchen area. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, this apartment is an affordable option for familes of up to 4 adults and 1 baby in a cot to enjoy an enjoyable holiday. The lounge has comfortable seating for 4 adults and a separate dining area with table and 4 chairs. There is also a balcony off the lounge. For entertainment there is wall-mounted flat screen TV with multiple channels and hi-speed wi-fi is included in the price. The fully equipped kitchen has everything the owners could think of regarding crockery and utensils for a comfortable stay. Some of the items in the kitchen include an integrated oven, hob & extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine. Up one set of steps there are two air conditioned bedrooms, one double one single bed with a comfortable pull out function to form 2 singles. A completely modernised fully tiled shower room/WC/washbasin is off the bedrooms. This apartment is a most affordable way to enjoy a stay in Carvoeiro without having to use hire cars and taxis for your nights out. Good discounts are available for winter bookings of over four weeks for the period from 1 Nov to 31 Mar each year.

Wonderful apartment, very central

Check in is normally 1500 and check out 1000 but whenever we have flexibility here, we allow earlier arrivals and later stays, dependant on booking situation at that time.

Carvoeiro is a 60km drive from Faro Airport which takes around 45-50 minutes and we can arrange airport transfers if requested from our reliable local company we have used for over 15 years.

We require a 25% deposit to seal dates, then the balance plus a returnable breakages and damages deposit of £150 or €150 is required 2 calendar months prior to arrival. The returnable breakages and damages deposit is return within 7 days of guests' departure from the apartment.
