Colina Branca is a small superbly located complex of well furnished holiday townhouses and apartments, situated just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach at the centre of Carvoeiro. The Larger Family Townhouses have 2 bedrooms and a small windowless room with an extra bed, and sleep a maximum of 4 adults + 1 child. All have wonderful views over the bay of Carvoeiro. In addition the large shared pool and lush gardens make Colina Branca a wonderful holiday location.
These individually owned townhouses are situated in a rural, tranquil position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from their roof terrace and spacious balconies, and are only metres from the large communal swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens. Each Larger Family houses has either a double and a twin, or two twin bedrooms, plus a small third bedroom without a window which has a further fold-up bed. The small third bedroom is not suitable for adults. Therefore these houses sleep up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms, with a maximum of 4 adults. They all have UK TV channels and some have German TV.

The large elegant living/dining room is furnished to a high standard, with patio doors to the fantastic terrace ideal for al-fresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine.
Bedroom one boasts the luxury of an en-suite shower room, and has it's very own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is ideally located adjacent to the family bathroom, and also has a balcony of it's own. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Car hire is recommended, and each townhouse has a car port for your use. For those not wishing to drive,we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation. Each house has either UK TVchannels and some have German TV.

As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.
Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls. We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost. Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 10am.
Prices shown are for the property per week (unless otherwise specified), in euros. Prices quoted are for up to 4 persons sharing, additional guests will be charged at 5€ per person, per night. Please phone for information on our special deals for long winter lets. *All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity. A 25% or 250€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of 250€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment accepted in Sterling or Euros. Pay by bank transfer, cheque, or by credit card via Paypal. Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.
