This beautiful luxury 4 bedroom ground floor villa is situated in the residential area of Vale do Milho, only a stones throw from Vale do Milho Golf Club. It is a piece of home from home, surrounded by its own large gardens, and benefits from a terrace with ample sun loungers, brick built BBQ, and large al-fresco dining table & chairs overlooking the gardens, large sun awning on pool terrace, and VERY LARGE POOL heated pool, measuring 15m x 7m. The villa also has double glazed doors and windows with fitted mosquito nets. The accommodation is single floored making it suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
Everything you need for a wonderful family holiday is available, air conditioning, pool heating, 5G wi-fi, pool towels, baby items, hairdryer.... (Air conditioning and pool heating are optional extras)
There is a spacious, bright airy lounge dining room overlooking the pool, all UK Channels, TV System with latest movies, boxsets, Radio and DVD, air conditioning and log burner. Wi-fi internet connection is available. Patio doors lead out to the terrace, pool and gardens.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with filtered water on tap, fridge freezer, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer & oven with ceramic hob, and overlooks the gardens surrounding the property. There is also a small courtyard housing the washing machine and laundry drying area with iron board & iron. There is a guest wc & hand basin next door to kitchen.
The bedrooms consist of 3 twins room and 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes & dressing table, all are air conditioned and have freestanding fans, plus patio doors out to the terrace. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms - one with combined bath & shower, the other ensuite has a walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom of double hand basins, and bath & shower.

Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.
Please note that there are two local Siamese cats that the villa owner feeds during the winter months and the maid and the gardener feed them during the summer months. The cats are very friendly and would never harm or bite anyone.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few properties in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa.
Baby cot and high chair can be provided by prior arrangement for a small charge.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.
A 25% or £400 (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £400 is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
