Villa Iris is a spacious detached villa surrounded by a gorgeous half acre mature garden set within thick Cypress and Oleander hedges which offer complete privacy. It is tucked away in a quiet rural lane, and you cannot be seen or overlooked by other properties, or by passers-by. The owner Stavros’ orchard of over 2 acres surrounds the property on all sides which is an enormous benefit to the privacy and calm, as there are no immediate neighbours. He grows a variety of fruit and will show you what is ready for you to pick.
The sea views are unobstructed across fields, especially enjoyed from the front verandah. This is shaded by a beautiful rambling cream bougainvillea, making it a really enjoyable place to sit and relax.
The villa is spacious and open plan, with a sliding door separating the bedrooms. The air conditioned master bedroom with en-suite now has a king size double bed, which will offer more space on hot nights.
The simply furnished interiors are traditionally decorated providing a light, informal ambience. To keep in touch with the outside world Wi-Fi Internet access is available
There are lots of work surfaces for preparing food in the spacious well equipped kitchen, and you are not cut off from the dining area due to the open design. The built in BBQ, set within the curve of a beautiful pomegranate tree, is conveniently accessed from the kitchen. Here you find a cool tiled terrace, an ideal spot for an early morning cup of tea, listening to the birds chattering in Stavros’ orchards.
Villa Iris has a large private south facing tiled swimming pool (with steps access from 2017) which gets full sunshine all day.
The traditional village of Peyia and Coral Bay resort with many shops, bars and restaurants are approx. 5 minutes’ drive. Peyia village, with its variety of bars and restaurants, is approx. 25 minutes’ walk. Ayios Georgios sandy beach and harbour and Akamas National Park is 8 minutes’ drive.

Wir haben aber reichlich Sonne aufgesogen und unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die gute und prompte Betreuung und viele Grüße! Chill out villa
By Debbie F on 27-Sep-2018Dear Irene I don' t know if you remember me from October last year when I booked the Villa Iris for myself and two friends, but we loved it so much that we would like to book the Villa again, this time from the 27th September to the 4th October. I'm sorry that we did not get around to e mailing you before as it was just perfect for us, we had such a chilled out lovely time, and was definitely the right choice of Villa, so thank you for all your help with booking it. I trust you are well, and hopefully look forward to more correspondence with you for this years holiday... Many thanks
Very clean villa and pool with great comfy king size bed
By Carol Fenwick on 12-Sep-2018We have been holidaying with sundance villas (Irene) for many years and stayed in quite a few different villas and have never been disappointed. We also always use cy-breeze (nik) for are car hire who as never let us down there service is always very good. Unfortunately this year my husband feel ill and was Admitted into hospital due to the rush had not got any contact details with us only my phone which didn't have contacts in we had put them all in husband's phone. So I phoned are eldest son and got him to contact Irene in the UK. With no hesitation before I knew it Irene had got in touch with rep Nicole and nik of cy-breeze all of them stayed in touch with us all the time and as I was stressed and panicking with such concerns for my husband they put me at ease with their genuine concerns for us. As I had no sleep at all with worry i was in no state to drive by this time so I would thank nik of cy-brezze for driving me to villa iris to collect are suitcases then back to the hospital. By this time my husband had recovered enough to fly home. I can not thank Irene, Nicole and Nik enough they were Absolutely fantastic which has given us so much confidence with sundance villas (Irene)we have already booked are holidays for the next 2years and will always use cy-brezze(nik)for are car hire I must also add and say a big thank you to the owners of villa iris for your understanding Thank you Thank you Thank you
