Casa de las Gracias is a wonderful three-bedroom villa, with amazing sea and mountain views. It is one level spacious villa, with only master bedroom on the second floor with its own, on suite shower room. You can park your car in private garage or on the street, it is free.
The Naya has been incorporated into the living room, creating a lot of different seating areas and dining room is an extra space. The living room is spacious and comfortable furnished with smart TV, that you can access your accounts with Netflix and Prime Video. The logs fireplace is wonderful feature during the winter. However, with added central heating, this house is ideal for winter lets.
Not to mention the pool heating, just what you need.
Kitchen is very well stocked and plentiful with lots of kitchen utensils and crockery. For coffee lovers there is Philips coffee machine, which takes L'OR Barista and Nespresso capsules.
The two bedrooms are sharing one bathroom. One bedroom has access to sunny Naya. All three bedrooms have air conditioners plus one in living room, along the ceiling fans. Some windows have mosquito nets, however here in Cumbre Del Sol, we do not have many mosquitos due to high up position of the villa and nice summer breeze.
The best thing is terrace, here is the place you seat all day long, taking in those wonderful all-around sea views. During the night, the view of the Calpe town is lit well, next to landmark Calpe Rock.
At fiesta days, the fireworks will be seen, from the comfort of your terrace chairs.
The terrace is quite large, enclosed and private. The pool is 10m by 5m, with deep end of 2.20m. The garden is charming, with lots of Palms and Mediterranean shrubs and trees. There is a lovely seating area in the shade, surrounded with amazing plants. Kids would love the cool big basement, with big tennis table for some summer fun activity.
