This is a beautiful house, very clean and organized. Fun swimming pool and garage play area. Very comfortable beds and plenty bedding and towels. Location is easy to find and pretty central for all the activities in Orlando. Had problems with the ants living behind the stove, constantly patrolling the counters, stove and floor (they show up fast). We did not have problems with owners expectations, however, with a big family staying ( 5 room home) there should have been more garbage bags, detergent for at least daily wash in the dishwashers and tissue paper in the bathrooms to avoid getting make up in the towels. If you have amenities / appliances it will be nice to have the supplies needed to operate them. All around, we love the house and felt at home! Thank you for sharing your home!
We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in July 2019. The villa was excellent with high quality fixtures and fittings both inside and out. The check-in experience and cleanliness of villa on arrival was excellent. We experienced a couple of minor issues while there and the property manager was very quick to attend to the issues and resolve. A couple of points for improvement: We paid additional for the pool heat. This wasn't operational on arrival and had to follow up on a few occasions before we got it resolved. It was simply not turned on. There was literally 2 dishwasher tablets and two bin bags provided. A little more provision of cleaning products and equipment would allow the renter to keep the place cleaner during our stay (e.g. washing up liquid, surface cleaner and window cleaner for the patio doors). We would love to return.
Layout of the home was excellent and the owners were quick to respond to our questions and needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
