Benamara Pueblo is a beautiful urbanisation set in pine woodlands, 200 metres from the beach. You walk straight out to a large pool and children’s pool. It is close to the road but very tranquil, near to a bus stop that can take you in 5 minutes to Puerto Banus and Marbella. There is a small supermarket next door for all your food basics and just 2-3 minutes walk for a great selection of restaurants and bars.

This beautiful property comprises of the following:

3 bedrooms, consisting of 2 doubles and another bedroom which can sleep up to 4 people in an unusual bunk bed. One single at the top, a double underneath and another single which slides out under the double bed. Ideal for kids!

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has built in wardrobes, 2 tall boy drawer units, a small TV over the bed which is for a USB stick to watch downloaded movies. There is a terrace that overlooks the large swimming pool. The ensuite has his and hers sinks, a double shower and a large bath, underfloor heating and heated towel rail.

On the Mezzanine floor, there is a small study area with a work desk and book shelf with books. The Mezzanine has access onto another terrace with a hot tub and there is access to the large pool down a spiral staircase.

There is a large open plan lounge with adjoining kitchen. The lounge has an “L”shape sofa and chairs and an open fire place. There is a 42 inch TV with an IPTV box providing all the main TV channels including the sports channels. You can also access the pool and gardens from here. The kitchen benefits from a large American style fridge freezer with ice facility and there is also another large adjoining Bosch fridge freezer. There is a microwave, oven, plenty of storage, and an adjoining utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and pantry cupboards.

The outside area has a table and chairs for dining and also a table and chairs for lounging.

The property size is approx 300 square metres and is located in an enclosed community of approx 5 acres with beautiful pine trees, swimming pools and table tennis. Also there is a small private garden.

There is a flat fee of £100 per stay for cleaning and laundry.

Check in from 15:00 and check out by 10:00 unless a prior arrangement is made if it is possible to do so. Linens and towels provided, except beach towels.
