Villa Esbarzar is located in the Media Luna area of Javea. The villa is laid out over 2 floors and It has 6 bedrooms all with air conditioning and 4 bathrooms. Each floor of the villa has a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main kitchen is off the lounge and is equipped with, fridge / freezer, dish washer, coffee maker, oven etc. The downstairs kitchen has the washing machines.

The first floor of the villa has a fabulous naya which can be completely opened up as it has a retractable roof and glass curtains. The naya is air conditioned and can seat up to 14 people. The sea views from the naya are stunning. and offer uninterrupted views over the bay of Javea. Leading off from the naya is the dining area to seat 12 people and the living room which has air conditioning , television and seats 8 people.

For your entertainment there is an exercise room, satellite TV offering Spanish and free to view English channels, wifi internet, private swimming pool and garden chess. The villa also has a pool table, table tennis and table football.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and is extremely spacious. The gardens are fully enclosed and furnished with sun loungers, BBQ, parasols and dining furniture. Private parking is available within the villa grounds.

The arenal blue flag beach with all its water sports, restaurants and shops is located at approx 3 km from the villa. Water sports, bicycles, tennis, golf etc are all available locally
