Located in the prestigious development of RESIDENCIAL JAVA. A small luxury condominium equipped with all facilities to have a cosy and safe holidays. We are strategically localted in the second sea line of the midle of Javea's Bay (nº 1 of Cagliary Str, corner with Génova str and Augusta Av.) There you will reach easily best services and nice bustling social life of Javea´s Bay without its inconveniences. As it's a condo our apartmet have no direct acces to public streets, so you'll feel pacefull during all your holiday time! while services of seaside, "chiringuitos"(by seaside bars) shops and best restaurants are so close from you.
In the morning only 7' by walk are needed to be lying under the sun of the El Arenal beach, without worries about car park. The same to reach boats from "el Arenal marina", or 20' if you like walk among appealing streets of historic Javea's town with ist Roman and Mediaval Spain culture show in nice museums.
Also, sites to play sports like tennis, padle, rent a bike, kayaking, diving, sailing o major sports are very close.As golf. No further than 10 Km from us there are two sites to play Javea's Golf Club (9 holes) and La Sella Golf (9 holes too). Even beatiful landscapes are near from our apartment to enjoying over the coastline or the magic mountain of "el montgó" where scenary is impressive, climbing, hicking or biking.
At evening or night you just need only 10-minute walk to reach the assorted gastronomic offer of Javea and nice night life. Well trough the medieval layout of historical city centre, through Aduanas, the port, or into "El Arenal" entertaiment area. Plenty of options!!

Carry less luggage! because a delivery of bath towels and linen set per person will be available for your use in the apartment, for free! Also at your arrival time your beds will be made, and useful amenities like soaps, dishes, scrubbers, toilet tissues or hair dresser will be available for your usebefore you will go to the supermarquet, give you time you refresh yourself after your trip. Also during your stay our maid service are doing your beds and baths twice a week for free.
You´ll get all tidy and clean! with many facilities of a luxury stay without giving up the conveniences and privacy of an apartment!!
Also our apartment offer to you a cousy furniture has been though to enjoy holidays, from having a stimulating outdoor breakfast in our private furnished backyard, till the healthy custom of “siesta” or enjoyable massage by night, under mediterranean warm stars using our Jacuzzi-Spa. It's available only for your private use by request, because we have to manage its higyenically cleaning before you get in the apartment.
All our rooms, even our three original bedrooms inspired in asia, south america and spanish cultures, are equipped with air conditioning and heating that guarantees your'll rest at night.
Pretty 1000m2 gardens with a shared pool and nice wood solarium are right outside our door, as we are on the ground floor, so from our balcony you could enjoy gazing reflected dusk on the pool with a pretty view of the magic mountain of "el Montgó". Also at dusk you can go by 5 minutes walk to the many close-up seaside-bars to watch the change of mediterranean light and the switching-on of the bay public lights, while you can savouring a cocktail in a chill-out atmosphere.
Outside private SPA-Jacuzzi SPA is available by request. We change all the water and clean it higyenically before you arrive, so we need to manage it. It is only for your private use. It's located amoung the orange trees of our private patio and it gets a water jets wich simulate a natural massage and a Temperature Control System that let you enjoy it under Valencian starry nights. Please feel free to ask.
Although car is not neceray to enjoy our apartment, we offer to you -for free- a private and covered park that helps you forget your car during your holiday time keeping it safe and fresh till you really need it!
PRICE INCLUDES
1.- Cleaning before and after your stay.
2.- Beds made at your arrival time.
3.- A dispose of one set of bed linen and bath towels per person for you use in the apartment.
4.- Cosy and usefull amenities at your arrival time.

4.- Bills for a normal use of water and electricity during your stay.
6.- All tidy! Beds and baths maked twice a week during your stay.
NOTICE
- Deposit is usually at least six weeks before your arrival date. the Reservation Fee would be pay in two instalments (20/80) In any case all the Reservation Feed amount must be paid before 6 weeks before the arrival date.
- Our Standard Maid Service (Twice a week) is for free, other frecuencies could be aviable by request, please feel free for ask!
- Our outside Jacuzzi SPA. It's an optional service only available by request.
- Internet wiffi is avaliable by request (€3 a day).
- We have special offers for tenants are older than 55 years old.
- There isn´t lifeguard at the swimingpool, and apartment furniture has been thought up to adult people, so there are items and devices which could be dangerous or innapropiate for kids. Children have to be older than 12 y.o. We are sorry about the inconveniences.
