We are in the middle of Javea's Bay in the prestigious development of RESIDENCIAL JAVA, in a small and nice condominium equipped with facilities to have a cosy and safe holiday, conveniently locatedat at the second seaside line (in the nº 1 of Cagliary Str, corner with Génova str and Augusta Av) where you will easily reach best services of the Bay and nice bustling social seaside life without its inconveniences.
Our apartment has no direct access from public streets, so you'll feel pacefull during your holiday time!
It takes you a little less than an hour to get there from Alicante(ALC) or Valencia(VLC) Airports (100 Km) and few minutes by walk to reach best services of Javea's Bay: "chiringuitos" (seaside bars) Marina, muntanyar and el Arenal Beach, top restaurants, shops or supermarkets.
Our location will let you to enjoy your holiday time without a car! Anyway if you want to use it we offer to you -for free- a covered park place for your exclusive use that helps you to use it or forget it safe and fresh till you really need it!
Appealing streets of historic Javea's town and its museums are no further than 2 Km from us, as best sites to play major sports like tennis, padle, rent a bike, and of course the scenaries of the magic mountanin of Montgó mountain and its Natural Park to climbing, hicking or biking and it coast to kayaking, diving or sailing in a high quality enviroment.a lso you'll get easily two sites to play 9 holes golf Javea's Golf Club and La Sella Golf no further tan 10 Km while your family And of coruse from our apartment to enjoying over the coastline or the magic mountain of "el montgó" where scenary is impressive.

A set per person of bath towels and linen available for your use in the apartment let you to carry less luggage in your trip! Beds made at your arrival time let you to enjoy the most your arrival to Javea, and useful amenities like soaps, toilet tissues or hair dresser available from the first time, at your arrival time, let you refresh yourself before to go to supermarket or anyway. Also during your stay our maid service are doing for you your beds and baths once a week for free. You´ll get all tidy and clean! with many facilities of a luxury stay without giving up the conveniences and privacy of an apartment!
Our apartment offers air conditioning and heating in all rooms that guarantees your'll rest at night. An original and cozy setting inpired in spanish cultures over the world is designed for enjoying outdoor vacations, from a refreshing breakfast under our aromatic orange trees seltted in our private patio, a healthy siesta on the solarium by the pool or a relaxing Jacuzzi-Spa session. As it is on the ground floor, gardens, pool and solarium of the condo are avaliable by our door and at evenings from our balcony, you could enjoy gazing dusk on the pool with a pretty view of the magic mountaing of Montgó.
Notice our outside private SPA-Jacuzzi is only for your private use, so before you arrive we will need to change the water and manage the higyenical cleaning of it so it is avaliable only by request. It's located under our orange trees in our backyard private patio and it gets a water jets wich simulate a natural massage and a Temperature Control System that let you enjoy it under Valencian starry nights. Please feel free to ask.
PRICE INCLUDES
1.- Cleaning before and after your stay.
2.- Beds made at your arrival time.
3.- A dispose of one set of bed linen and bath towels per person for you use in the apartment.
4.- Cosy and usefull amenities at your arrival time.

NOTICE
- Deposit is usually at least six weeks before your arrival date. the Reservation Fee would be pay in two instalments (20/80) In any case all the Reservation Feed amount must be paid before 6 weeks before the arrival date.
- Our Standard Maid Service (Twice a week) is for free, other frecuencies could be aviable by request, please feel free for ask!
- Our outside Jacuzzi SPA. It's an optional service only available by request.
- Internet wiffi is avaliable by request (€3 a day).
- We have special offers for tenants are older than 55 years old.
- There isn´t lifeguard at the swimingpool, and apartment furniture has been thought up to adult people, so there are items and devices which could be dangerous or innapropiate for kids. Children have to be older than 12 y.o. We are sorry about the inconveniences.
