This luxury, modern apartment is spacious and furnished throughout with quality furniture to provide you with a home from home experience. Accommodation comprises a spacious lounge with seating and dining for 4. Sliding doors open onto an outdoor covered terrace and private ground floor garden situated in front of the communal pool. You will find a well stocked separate kitchen, with eating area and separate utility. The large master bedroom has a double wardrobe, plenty of separate drawer storage and a full en-suite bathroom. The twin room has two single twin beds, double wardrobe and separate drawer storage. Next to the twin bedroom is a family shower room.
Facilities include a Sky TV free view package with all the normal channels in the lounge. Gas central heating is installed throughout the apartment for the winter months and both bedrooms and lounge have been fitted with air conditioning for the hotter months. Secure underground parking is on the lower level with direct access to the apartment via an elevator. The covered terrace has two sunbeds, table and chairs for 4 people and leads to the pretty private garden which has a small lockable garden gate providing safety for families with small children.. Through the gate you have direct access to the communal pool area and exotic gardens. The complex is fully secure with parameter fencing and has key controlled access gates. The apartment is ideally located with Iceland Supermarket across the road, a variety of Spanish supermarkets within a few minutes walk, only 3 minutes walk to the beach, and 8 minutes walk to the port where you will find an array of shops, bars and restaurants.
NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS: Due to a change in Spanish government in respect of property rentals, all owners now have to register their property. Part of these new requirements is for guests to provide photocopies of their passports when reserving the apartment. As part of the booking process you will be asked to provide photocopies of the passports of all guests in your party.

PAYMENT GUIDANCE A 25% deposit is required to reserve the property with the final payment being required 90 days before departure together with a security deposit of £300. This is held against any damage to the property and is fully refundable once the property has been checked on your departure.

We had a lovely stay in Javea at Lynne's apartment.
It is as well equipped an apartment as we have ever stayed in, exceeding our expectations.
We enjoyed every restaurant we ate at in Javea, enjoyed the beach and the pool was lovely.
From all our communications Lynne seems really nice.
I recommend her apartment to you.
Perfect holiday apartment

Just returned from a lovely relaxing 2 week seaside holiday with my family (boys aged 10 and 12).
The apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The conplex is beautiful and peaceful without being intimidating. Javea is a buzzy little tourist resort with a lovely authentic spanish feel.
So glad I opted for this apartment over the many others I considered.

We had a great time in Javea, the apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything you needed to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The pool area was big and not overcrowded. Would definitely recommend.

Very happier at this property. Just what we needed as we cleared out our house pending completion. Well situated, we could and did walk into The Port area and The Aranel.

We had a lovely time in Javea at the apartment everything you needed during your holiday was in the apartment and Lynne was very helpful with any advice regarding the holiday and gave you all the details for getting there and getting about Javea. Also as we where arriving late at the apartment it was a nice touch leaving a food parcel to get you started until you could get to the supermarkets the next day. Also Lynne recommended Edd and Sue to pick us up at the airport in there car to take us to the apartment and drop us back at the airport they where great and I would travel with them again any time I am going to Javea they where very helpful while we where on holiday nothing was a problem if you needed help or advice, Thanks again Edd and Sue.Thanks again Lynne for a great holiday at your apartment we as a family really enjoyed our stay, Cheers Brian, Noreen and Ellie.

We take a 2 month winter break in Javea every year. This beautiful apartment proved to be a home from home, comfortable & in such an ideal location.

Apartment was lovely - clean, comfortable with very pretty lounge area. Great locale. Close to supermarkets. Short walk to the lovely port area and a bit longer walk in opposite direction to Arenal area. Also within walking distance to the old town of Javea. Owner is very friendly and approachable and will deal with any queries, etc. as quickly as possible. Top marks for customer service! Would definitely recommend this property to friends.

I have been visiting Javea since I was a child, the past 40 years and in my opinion the port is the nicest area to stay. This apartment is in a prime location being 3 mins from the best beach (pebbly) and best bar (siesta) in Javea. Also numerous restaurants, shops and bars.
The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable but more importantly so convenient for all amenities. The big bonus is the beautiful pool just infront of the garden which is set in lovely surroundings uand useable til midnight!
We have been here now several times and wouldnt stay anywhere else. Ideally I would like to keep it a secret but I suppose that wouldnt be fair....

This is our second stay at this apartment and we wouldn't book anywhere else in JAVEA.
The apartment is like your own personal holiday home well stocked kitchen and homely touches. Very clean and well maintained. The double bedroom has a fabulous mattress and pillows.
The bedrooms seem to remain cool even in the hottest of weather.
The patio doors open onto small garden which through a gate takes you to the pool.
Great for families and easy to access. The pool is beautifully maintained and is generally quiet. People are very respectful of siesta time between 3pm and 5pm all the kids disappear and it's a very peaceful time.
Location is perfect a short stroll to the port or beach bars at the end of the road. To walk to the Arenal takes about 30mins strolling.
Iceland the supermarket is directly across the road and has long opening hours in the summer. Mercadona is 2mins by car or short walk.
We have been visiting JAVEA for 15 years and this apartment was a special find.
The owner is very helpful and quick to reply to emails.
We would never hesitate to rebook.
