This comfortable furnished four bed-roomed country house is laid out over one floor of around 1500 square feet, with great views of the La Safor Valley and Mountains surrounding it in every direction. It is let on a one to three month rental basis that includes broadband, water for the house and council tax, but does not include individual electricity use which is paid for in addition to the rent. The house offers a great chance to get a real feel for the area and wether it meets your criteria as a place to buy or just time enough to enjoy Valencian culture at a slower pace at a reasonable weekly rate.
.The accommodation is laid out on the first floor to maximise the views and make the most of the breeze that blows down the valley. The accommodation consists of a large kitchen, a dinning room and a good sized lounge with Log burner. Off the sitting room is one large covered balcony with plenty of space to eat, drink and enjoy views across the valley. The is also a smaller covered balcony with seating for four and a good view over the adjacent hills and sunsets. Sleeping accommodation on consists of three twin rooms and an on suite double all with ceiling fans. The Lounge and Dinning Room both have air-conditioning for use during the summer. Because of the nature of the land classification the relevent letting contract, this property cannot be used for obtaining residency status,
The outside area of the villa consists of two areas a large paved area with a covered table tennis area (May to September) and planted garden with a range of trees and plants and another paved terrace with a good sized barbecue and eating area. The house has satellite TV (Free-sat stations only), Wi-Fi and plenty of free private parking for up to seven cars. The nearest beach Tavernes Playa is approximately 10 miles away and has combination of seaside development and sand-dune backed walks depending on which section of it you choose. It has plenty of free parking, places to eat and buy those seaside essentials. The nearest town inland Alzira only 5 miles away has a range of hypermarkets and railway station for a direct train to Valencia city. The air conditioned train takes you right into the centre of Valencia City in just forty minutes. Whilst the motorway takes you to Valencia's City of Arts and Europe's largest Aquarium in a similar time. For those looking for history we have two monasteries in the La Safor Valley (both can be visited) and the walled castle and old town of Xativa just 18 miles inland from the villa.
