Our spacious apartment is on a small exclusive complex, named El Divino, which is impeccably maintained, and our private, south west facing balcony, overlooks one of the pools, and picturesque gardens. There are many good bars and restaurants, and with international cuisine, which are only a 5 minute walk to the centre, also a few supermarkets are within easy walking distance. The blue flag beaches of Los Alcazares are famous for their shallow, calm waters, and are just a 10 minute walk away. This is ideal for families with young children. The beach promenade runs the whole length of the town, with many interesting beach bars. This area suits people of all ages. There are also some good golf courses nearby.

THE OWNER
I live in Yorkshire with my husband, and as we are both retired we enjoy spending a lot of time in Spain now. At home, our daughter and family do not live far away, and we have two grandsons. Our son lives and works in Thailand, but we are always in touch.
I have owned the apartment for 13 years, and had many happy guests staying here.


A minimum deposit of £200 is required when booking, and depending on the length of the holiday, and the balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday.
Prices are inclusive of utilities, and WiFi etc. No Extras.

Lovely apartment

Excellent property at great value. Great views of the pool, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your holiday and only 10 mins to bars and restaurants and a further 5 to the beach . Overall a wonderful experience.

Lovely Apartment in a well kept Complex

We spent a month at this very comfortable apartment Feb/March , the beds are excellent, the lounge area very comfortable too, English tv also welcome 👍🏻 . The complex is a very short distance to several supermarkets and the shopping trolley in the apartment is a great asset if you don’t want to hire a car which we didn’t. Walking distance is approximately 5 minutes to plenty of restaurants and bars another 5 minutes to the beautiful promenade and beach. Two very good markets a week . This is a great base in a lovely area we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful apartment

Stayed for 6 nights, it is a beautiful apartment with many little extras to make my stay more comfortable. Perfectly positioned, very close to the pool, a entities and beach. I can see why people return to stay in this apartment.
