Description

The comfortable Villa Andreas is set on spacious private grounds in the traditional village of Markriotika, a breath away from the popular Agia Efimia with excellent amenities.

The Villa is arranged over 2 floors. It is very well equipped, fully air-conditioned (bedrooms + living room) and decorated in a modern light Mediterranean Style with tasteful furnishings and colourful home decor accessories.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, air-conditioned living-dining lounge, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bedroom (with double bed and air-conditioning) and a fully equipped bathroom (with shower, WC), all offering disabled access.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with double and one with twins (if required, they can be put together and be formed to a double). Both rooms have air-conditioning, balconies and 2 fully equipped bathrooms (one with shower, WC and one with bath, WC).

The private pool (4 x 7 m) and the spacious terraces have been set on the back of the Villa. For good reasons: this location offers tranquillity and plenty of sun during the whole day. There are several shaded and non-shaded areas with relaxing seating facilities, parasols, ping pong table, a charcoal grill, an outside shower and comfortable sun beds.

A free Wi-Fi internet access is provided and cover all inside and outside areas of the villa.

Villa Andreas is located in the tranquil, Greek traditional village Makriotika, just 10 min drive to the colourful harbour of Agia Efimia and the spectacular Myrtos Beach. Makriotika is loved by insiders for its authentic Greek life and gentle tourism and offers meanwhile some good amenities, such as two friendly traditional taverns with delicious Greek food, a super market and a bakery (all within 10 min walking distance from the villa). Furthermore, Makriotika is located central on Kefalonia, thus it is an ideal base for exploring the island.
A car rental is recommended.

Mirto was an excellent host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. She welcomed us at the property and provided everything we needed, including some basic food supplies which were much appreciated. She was available 24/7 by phone and happy to answer any questions or even drop off a much needed travel adaptor. The villa is located a 2 minutes drive from the local supermarket, 10mins drive from Myrtos Beach and 10mins from Agia Effimia which has a selection of restaurants and amenities. Having a car is a must for the area. The villa is clean and has everything which you might need to make food.

A super clean and functional villa with ample room inside and out for all even at max capacity situated in an ideal location for easy access to the entire island. car hire is advisable. Mirto and her family are really welcoming and they also own a good taverna in Agia Efemia.
