Situated in the attractive coastal town of Torre del Mar, on the less commercialised eastern part of the Costa del Sol, this is a recently refurbished apartment with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday and offering good value for money. Plenty of local amenities including an attractive 4km long promenade with restaurants serving locally caught fish. Golf courses and a water park nearby, plus many other places of interest to visit; 22km to Nerja, 100km to Granada, 180km to Gibraltar, 48km from Malaga airport, many local bus services to Velez-Malaga and commercial centre, car hire would be useful but not essential. Good selection of shops within walking distance. Finished to a high standard, other features include satellite TV, radio/tape/CD player, ironing facilities, washing machine, microwave, gas cooktop, electric oven, furnished balcony with great sea views, air conditioning/heating included, linen (not beach towels) included. Guests will find the apartment 'hotel clean'.

Bath with shower over, toilet, washbasin, vanity unit with mirror and lighting, further cabinet with ample storage for toiletries, towel rack, towels provided.

Kingsize bed with storage underneath for suitcases/bags, bedside rugs, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe with ample space, mirror with shelf, hairdryer, air-conditioning/central heating.

This apartment was a very clean looked after place close to all amenities and promenade also the beach couldn't have wanted any more very pleased will definitely use again thanks sheila and Tony Andrew

Fantastic Apartment

So glad we picked this apartment.Well maintained,spotless, great facilities ,great location, ample restaurants,shops,bars nearby and has everything you could possibly need. There is even chairs that you can take to the pool or beach . Pool and beach just a few minutes from the apartment. Lovely sitting on the balcony watching all the activity below and wath a great view too .Great response from owners from moment of enquiry and they can set up tranfers from airport to apartment by the apartment managers who are great too.No need for a car here.We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to visit again very soon.

Relaxing holiday had by one and all

We have just returned from Torre Del Mar and would like to highly recommend this accomodation. The apartment is central for the beach and local shops. Eveything is within walking distance and we did not feel the need to hire a car. The tram service and bus service are very good and are at the end of the road.

Good restaurants especially the Pizza restaurant on the sea front,

The supermarkets are also within walking distance . Locals are all very friendly but we would suggest that you take a pharse book as there is very little English spoken and it is also good to know a few words!!!

Property was clean and maintained well.

With all the above and the excellent Costa Del Sol weather what more can you ask for.
