This exclusive 1st floor (lift access) modern two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Marbella just off the famous Ricardo Soriano 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and less than 15 minutes walk to Orange Square in the heart of the old town.

The apartment has been completely renovated to a very high standard. Free WIFI is also included.

It is part of a purpose built block of around 32 apartments. It is a mix of permanent residences and holiday lets.

The apartment design is contemporary and great for those looking for a beach side break. Situated on the first floor it is west facing with floor to ceiling bi-fold, triple glazed doors that open up the living area to sunshine throughout the afternoon. An awning provides shade as needed. Porcelain tiled floor throughout. The kitchen has brand new, high quality appliances and is fully equipped with integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob and dishwasher. A toaster and kettle is also provided and a washing machine is located in the utility area.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge is in open plan format which gives it a bright and airy aspect. There is dining and lounge seating for 4 guests. This area has air conditioning/heating and surround sound with a wide, flat screen TV/entertainment system. You will also find high speed internet connection (WIFI), English, Russian and German TV including Sky Sports and Sky Movies channels.

The two spacious stylish bedrooms which lead off from the lounge and the master bedroom feature a double bed, ample fitted wardrobe space, ceiling fan. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom. There is a wall mounted hand shower attachment over the bath, WC and basin with vanity unit.

The 2nd bedroom features a double bed, ample wardrobe space and also a ceiling fan.

A second guest shower room is located off the hallway and features a modern shower unit, WC and bidet. The utility room behind, houses the washing machine, drying rack and iron.

This gorgeous apartment also boasts a communal swimming pool to be enjoyed by guests and which also has a children´s pool, a sun terrace and gardens.Pools can be enjoyed during the summer months, mid June to mid September. Opening and closing dates are dependent on the weather and any maintenance issues.Residents in the block say if there's water in the pool, it's open - but this is not the official stance-. There are 4 sunbeds/sunchairs provided for guest use along with beach towels.

Subject to availability, we have an arrangement for secure parking in an underground car park a block away from the apartment. Access is by card.

The apartment is in the heart of Marbella where you will find a multitude of shops, from the local supermarkets to bars and restaurants within a minute’s walk from your door.The beach is also located a short walk away with the Marbella beachfront- with its beautiful marble promenade-. You can walk to the Marbella Marina and take the Fly Blue catamaran to Puerto Banus or cycle there, whichever takes your fancy.

Marbella is an amazing city to visit any time of the year and perfect for a relaxing break strolling around the beautiful old town, exploring the cobbled whitewashed streets with their colourful plants and many interesting shops. If you prefer sunbathing there are plenty of lovely beaches to relax and unwind on. After a hard day sunbathing when the sun is setting over the sparkling blue sea you can watch this all from a traditional Spanish beach chiringuito where the Sangria and paella never tasted better. Alternatively if you fancy a more party experience there are numerous beach clubs located in Marbella and Puerto Banus is only 5 minutes away. The list is endless of attractions to enjoy!

The apartment is located just off the famous Avenida Ricardo Soriano and only 5 minutes bus ride from Puerto Banus should you wish to visit the famous port and take in the sights.


Excellent apartment, clean, bright and well located in central Marbella

Two couples stayed in this lovely apartment and we really found it had everything we needed. We loved the great location close to local bars and restaurants, supermarkets and the beach only 5 mins walk away. There are two pools (off-season during our stay) and a large terrace too.

This first floor apartment is clean and spacious, we loved the fact that there were two proper double bedrooms, one with ensuite and the beds were very comfortable. The second main bathroom is very large too.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting areas and the TV with all the channels was a bonus.

The welcome was very warm and everyone has been helpful so we highly recommend.

The property was and looked just like advertised and the attention from owner was really good as was the reception when we arrived. It was really central to beach, Old Town and bus stops.

We had a hastily arranged week to get away from our business, with no big expectations, but we were hugely impressed with the location of this apartment, quiet yet so convenient to restaurants/shops and the old part of the town in particular. It was also spotlessly clean and fitted out to a high standard - to be honest we could not have asked for more. We loved the promenade walk on the front (3 mins walk away) and found several superb restaurants in easy walking distance. The customer service was excellent, and we would recommend this place without hesitation. I feel ready to face the world again - Thank you!!

Fabulous apartment in a wonderful quiet location

We could not have had a better time than we did in this wonderful apartment. We took my parents away for a quiet pre-Christmas trip. Everything was super-organised by the owners. They were attentive throughout the booking procedure and answered all our questions quickly. When we arrived we were met by a lovely lady who showed us around, checked we knew how everything worked and she even gave us some tips on what to do and where. The apartment is magnificent, and so close to the beach and main town. It is really quiet, which suited my parents really also. It was spotless, and had everything you would need for a vacation there - even a cooler box etc. It was very clean. We didn't have the pool - it was December - but it looks like a great pool for summer time. The beach/ promenade was about 7 minutes walk away with all the restaurants and bars - thats where we ate mostly, but we also went to the beautiful main square, which was about 10 mins away. My parents loved it so much they are planning their trip back to the very same apartment for next year. It was just relaxing and quiet, so really suited a nice chilled out lifestyle, which is what they wanted. We can't recommend it enough.
