Wake up or drift asleep to the sound of waves lapping on the shore in this comfortable beachside apartment. Two bedrooms en-suite with three balconies situated next to the beach on the paseo maritime.

10 minute walk to the old town and a 10 minute taxi ride to Puerto Banus. Gibraltar and the north coast of Africa can be seen on a clear day from the front of the apartment block.
The apartment faces south east catching the morning sun.

I have been to Marbella on many occasions so I know the area well. This apartment is in a great location. Right by the promenade and walking distance to the old town. No need for a car. The fact that each bedroom and lounge has their own balcony is a great bonus. Large enough to have one with a table and six chairs and the others with two sun-loungers on each. We also appreciated the fact that beach towels were provided as we always travel with cabin bags only. The swimming pool is much nicer than we were expecting and often we were the only people using it (in August). There is a supermarket close by and the owners have also provided trolleys so you can get your shopping back easily. Overall we were very pleased with out stay, a lovely large apartment. It is not perfect, as mentioned in earlier reviews, but in my opinion, compared to other apartments I have stayed in, this represents great value for money and is priced fairly. I would also like to add that the owner was very helpful, quick to reply and the whole process of booking and receiving the keys etc went very smoothly. We will certainly be returning to this apartment in the future.

Always a pleasure to stay in this apartment. Perfect location overlooking promenade and sea. Modern apartment with all facilities and has swimming pool as added bonus. Will be back.
