The villa has 3 levels:
-Flat at Pool level not available.
- main villa with L shaped lounge, dinning area for 8, Kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms with air con and shared bathroom with bath/shower
- upper floor to master bedroom with air con, en suite with walk-in shower, balcony over looking Son Bou Beach
- large patio areas front and side with gas BBQ around side
- 10m Pool, large sun area
- mature garden areas
- roadside parking
- easy walk to Son Bou centre and Beach
General Booking Conditions
Twenty Five Percent 25 % (non-refundable) is required at time of the booking reservation.
We require the name of the of the lead person making the reservation (who must be at least 18 years of age or over)
The booking will be confirmed on receipt of deposit
A binding contract will come into existence when we issue a confirmation email confirming your booking.
In case of a booking made within 8 weeks prior of arrival, in which case our late booking procedures come into force as set out below.
Please check your confirmation email on receipt and contact us straight away if anything appears to be incorrect as it is not always possible to make changes at a later stage.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking without a given reason.
Final Balance Payment....
The balance for the holiday must be received on or before 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
If your balance has not been received by us in full and on time, we have the right to treat your booking as being cancelled by you in which case the cancellation charges will apply.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date, you will be required to pay the full cost of your holiday at the time of your booking.
Late bookings are those made within 8 weeks of arrival. Once details have been confirmed to you by e-mail a contract based on these booking conditions will be deemed to have come into existence. Should you cancel after this point full payment will apply.
What Is Included....
The villa rental includes all (BBQ) gas, electricity and water charges, property taxes. Pool cleaning twice weekly and garden maintenance as and when.
Bed linen, wash towels (but not Beach) and tea towels appropriate to the number of occupants, which are changed weekly
3 Bedrooms have air con
The kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric cooker and hobs, microwave, dishwasher, Bosch/Tassimo coffee maker (bring your own pods!), toaster
6 pool beds plus 2 “captains chairs”, 2 pool umbrellas. [There may/not be pool floats for which the Proprietor bears no responsibility for, adult supervision must be available at all times]
Transfer to your property to and from the airport.
Supplementary costs for extra folding beds, cots, high chairs, food packs.
Your booking of the property is considered to be from 15.00 hours (3.00 PM) on your day of arrival.
As the next occupants will arrive on the same day as your departure, you are requested to vacate your property at 10.00 hours (10.00 AM) to allow for the property cleaning to be carried out.

Cancellation By Yourself....
If you wish to cancel your booking after the contract has been entered in to the following scale of charges will then become immediately payable by you:
Eight Weeks or more before departure loss of deposit.
Less than 8 weeks but more than six weeks Seventy Five Percent (75%) payable
Six weeks or less before departure One Hundred Percent (100%) payable
Where only part of the booking is cancelled, the remaining party members may have to pay additional charges.
The Villa is not available for Stag or Hen Party's
If you have a complaint whilst on holiday please report it immediately to the Property Manager
An action will be taken to rectify the problem or find a satisfactory solution.
Any complaints that have not been reported and logged by the Property Manager may prove difficult to investigate and rectify.
In the event of any problems you must contact your Property Manager in the holiday resort.
The lead person will be responsible relating to wilful and negligent behaviour in the accommodation, resulting in breakages and damage.
