Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 4/6 (2 Bedrooms) Notes on bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed (en-suite shower room). Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Double bed settee in lounge. Travel cot available to borrow free of charge (Please bring your own cot bedding).

Notes on accommodation:
There is full air-conditioning (coin operated). The air-conditioning can also be operated as heaters in the winter. There are also 2 oil filled electric radiators for use in the winter.

The apartment is suitable for children. Travel cot available to borrow (free of charge) (NB please bring your own cot bedding). The pool area can be seen from the balcony so older children can be supervised easily.
If you need a 2nd apartment then I can give you contact details of 2 friends. One has an apartment on the same development & the other has an apartment which is a 3 minute walk away.

Swimming pool is shared (with 22 apartments). The complex is very rarely fully occupied so the pool area is often underused. Pool is not heated. There is a BBQ for general use (which must be cleaned after use). There is an outside picnic table for general use. Some communal pool side loungers are provided. There are also 2 loungers available which are stored near the pool & kept locked for your use only. (There are several fold up 'beach pads' which can also be taken down to the pool area or beach). There are several trees around the pool area for shade & also fixed parasols.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen
Linen provided (sheets, blankets, pillowcases, teatowels & 2 towels per person & plenty of beach towels). Price includes laundry & changeover clean at end of stay but no extra cleaning/laundry during stay (washing machine provided or launderette nearby).

Just perfect for us

From the minute we booked this property the owner was more than helpful nothing was too much trouble and she’s thought of everything possible to make your stay home from home.We we’re given maps and endless information to make our stay much easier.It was spotless and very modern,the location was great a few nice restaurants and bars 5 minutes away.I would recommend this property without hesitation.If I had to make one negative it would be that this apartment is close to a main road so can be quite noisy when you sit on the balcony but on the other hand it has a lovely view which makes up for that.

Wonderful Apartment!

We have just had 10 super days in Christine's gorgeous apartment. Jaramar II. Everything you could possibly need is there. So well equipped and spotlessly clean!! Supermarkets, bars and restaurants all about 5 mins walk away and some lovely beach side restaurants by walking either over the road bridge or the underpass.

A visit to Mijas Pueblo is a must. What a pretty mountain village, with loads of bars, restaurants, shops and of course the donkey taxis. The views are stunning. Apparantley the bus fare to go there is very cheap but we used the taxis from just at the end of the road, 23 euros each way.

Christine makes booking her apartment so easy. She is so helpful and we would thoroughly recommend.

Clean and modern with well kept grounds

We have just returned from a month’s stay throughout August. This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment this year totalling over 5 weeks. The first impressions are very good, a clean and modern apartment in beautifully kept grounds. The beach is 5 mins walk and the apartment has two supermarkets nearby plus restaurants and bars within walking distance. All in all I would say it is in the prefect location and we managed a four weeks stay without the need for a car.
The whole booking process was so easy, regular communications from the owner made things really easy. I am defiantly going to stay there again.

Great location in Mijas, Riviera del Sol

Apartment was exactly as described and in a great location close to the beach, shops, restaurants and taxi stance. Apartment was fully equipped and it was great to be able to use the beach towels supplied as this saved valuable packing space. Pool and grass area around it was never busy so was very enjoyable to use. Very quiet development and very secure. Christine the owner was a delight to communicate with and she provided lots of information about the apartment and area prior to our arrival. Sampled a few restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk of the apartment and would highly recommend Karoke night on Sundays at The Bridges. JJ's is another bar we enjoyed and we ate a few times at George's restaurant. There are two supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment and many other bars and restaurants in Calahonda and La Cala all within a short distance of the apartment.

We had a winter stay at the apartment. The weather was perfect which allowed us to have some lovely lunches on the balcony. A great family apartment, close to all the amenities required for an all year round break.

Holiday in Riviera del Sol

We had a lovely week in Riviera del Sol staying in this very clean and tidy apartment. You get exactly what it says on the tin with all the equipment that is needed to help you enjoy your stay. The pool area was very quiet for August and was very clean too.
The supermarket and restaurants etc are only 5 minutes walk away, I would recommend giving Max Beach club a try not cheap but good quality as was La Plaza restaurant another worth a visit. There are many others a few more minutes walk away in Calahonda around El Zocos something for everyone from cheapish Italian to Chinese.
A morning walk along the in the boardwalk to La Cala is a must and on the way back stop at Antonios for breakfast always tasty and good value.
There is a taxi rank just outside the complex which comes in very handy if you need it.
The whole experience was very good from contacting the owner who was very quick to reply to our initial enquiry and any questions that arose later to finding the apartment exactly as we had hoped for. No doubt we would like to return and of course would recommend this apartment to friends and relatives.

Great apartment in a good location

Lovely apartment in a nice development close to.the beach, some shops including 2 supermarkets and restaurants. We stayed as a family with teenagers who enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to.the shops.
Pool.is a nice size and kept clean. The apartment has everything you need for your stay.
It's location near the main coast road is great for visiting other beaches and places of interest. We loved Capobino beach with free parking and beautiful clear water. We also visited Mijas pueblo in the mountains with breathtaking views.
There are quite a few restaurants nearby and we liked mamma nostras for pizzas and try the mixed fried fish and seafood.
Rosie' s bar will.print your boarding passes for free.
All in all nice little place.

Perfect Apartment and Location

We had a lovely 2 week stay in Riviera Del Sol. Jaramar location is perfect for exploring the Costa Del Sol and Marbella district, with a bus service which runs every 30 mins between Fuengirola and Marbella. All amenities are within easy walking distance i.e. Supermarkets, Bar, Restaurants & Taxi. The beach is close-by and has a beautiful boardwalk which runs into
LaCala. We enjoyed walking early morning and evenings.
The apartment is very clean, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly require. Situated in a small, gated complex, with beautiful gardens and pool area which is very well maintained on a daily basis.
Communications with the owner Christine Bennett were second to none. Her attention to detail including brochures, direction details and maps which we found to be of great assistance to ourselves.
I highly recommend this apartment which we found to be in a perfect location and great value for money.
Hopefully we too may return at some point in the future.
