This is a delightful detached large family holiday villa located only 8 minutes drive from Moraira town and only a few minutes walk from local beaches. The property is in a Spanish style of two separate floors connected via an external stairs and has 250 m2 of furnished accommodation. It offers 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 Bathrooms and can sleep 10 people in complete comfort plus a child's sofa bed and cot if required.
The property is in its own large grounds and extensive sun terracing of over 300m2. The garden has many fine local plants and citrus trees. It is located in a quiet no through road and due to its size and position is very private.
It has its own driveway and extensive parking area under the shade of several mature pine trees. All the main rooms have air-conditioning and for those staying in the cooler months the villa has central heating throughout.
The property has a beautiful mosaic tiled swimming pool 9 x 4.5m with roman steps for easy access and surrounded by palm trees providing dappled shade as well as many terrace areas for sun bathing, sitting and lazing in a shady spot or just relaxing at one of the many outdoor dining areas to enjoy a drink, food or just talking with family and friends.
This is a perfect location and villa for you and your friends to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

It’s in a great location, the house is lovely and has excellent
facilities. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend

Very Restful Stay

We hired the villa for the month of March to share amongst family members. There was plenty of space for everyone with all facilities on hand. Nearby beaches and restaurants a plenty with some very good recommendations from the owners.
We took a disabled family member and the top floor of the villa was ideal for them, a local shop, again recommended by the owners, was able to deliver & collect additional equipment which you can order on line.
The accommodation is peaceful at this time of year and the local area not to busy. We all had a very restful stay, the villa was ideal for our group and the owners were extremely helpful.Very many thanks again Mandy!
