The stunning Casa Halls Villa is located in a private road in Benissa Costa only a 10 minute drive from Moraira. This unique property is situated on the ground floor of a luxurious villa and comprises of a bright two-bedroom apartment with the exclusive use of the outdoor amenities. The accommodation includes one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a Jack & Jill bathroom with walk in shower. Both bedrooms have a bright outlook to the garden and pool area. A light open plan lounge dining kitchen area allows direct access to the outdoor dining area, BBQ and large private pool with slide. Guests will enjoy a relaxing holiday in the privacy of this beautiful spacious outdoor area which provides something for everybody. For added convenience there is an outdoor toilet and shower.

This accommodation has recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard and is ideal for a family of four or two couples.

Please note: owners will not be occupying the upper Villa during a guest stay, and therefore guests have exclusivity of the pool and outdoor area.

"I can’t recommend Lindsey and Ged enough to anyone thinking of hiring a villa through Polly Villas Moraira. From start to finish they were amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. The lovely welcome pack on arrival was a great touch which means we weren’t having to dash to any supermarkets immediately and instead we could sit and relax by the pool. "The villa was superb and a perfect location. Moraira itself is such a naturally beautiful place and one we will return to through Polly Villas Moraira. Thanks again Lindsey and Ged."

"Very quiet and recommendable place to spend a good holiday break. The house is great, very comfortable and the environment of the pool makes the stay super nice. The surroundings are beautiful, there are coves and ideal beaches. Dream places. But you have to drive everywhere. "Lindsey and Ged, the people who manage the house, are lovely, there was no problem when it came to communicating with us and that we did not know English and they did not know Spanish, everything was easy. We recommend the house without any doubt."
