Casa Christina is a luxury 2-bedroom detached villa with its own private pool and gardens. The lounge and conservatory are very stylish and furnished with a contemporary look. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with French doors leading on to a terrace where you can relax on comfy garden furniture and enjoy the morning sun.
The outdoor pool is lovely with steps in to the pool and pool lighting, The pool terrace is very spacious and private with high walls and lockable gates. There are sun beds around the pool and comfy garden furniture.
The conservatory overlooks the pool and garden area and is great for relaxing and entertaining in. It has sliding doors that open fully during the hot Summer months. There is a stylish comfy corner suite and lovely glass dining table and chairs. Tinted glass gives privacy and keeps some of the heat out.
The lounge is very stylish and has a contemporary chic look with leather sofas. The furnishings compliments the room and make it a lovely room to relax in. We provide a CD HiFi system, BlueRay DVD player and a 32” TV with Cable TV with UK channels.
There is a log burner for the autumn and winter months, Wi-Fi is also available during your stay.
The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with a fan oven, touch control hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. We provide plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses. There are also plastic glasses, and bowls for using around the pool area, as glass is not permitted near the pool area.

The villa is maintained to a very high standard with stylish furnishings throughout. The villa sleeps up to 4 people.

The villa is situated in the very popular Playa Flamenca resort near Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. It is just a short walk to the excellent Blue Flag Playa Flamenca Beaches, which are situated between the bays of Punta Prima and La Zenia. Both Beaches are connected by a beautiful promenade, which is impressively landscaped. It has a large open event area with many benches to allow visitors to relax and enjoy the sea views. Visitors can also enjoy a peaceful stroll along the promenade.
La Zenia Beach is also a very popular beach. The beach is renowned for its cleanliness and white sand. There are plenty of amenities available including the 4 star Hotel La Zenia.
There are numerous restaurants, bars, and night entertainment to suit everyone at the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre – 10 mins walk. Just a short walk from the villa there are some local Bars and a Restaurant complex.
La Zenia Boulevard is one of the best open outdoor shopping centres in Spain and is definitely worth a visit. It’s a good 25 minutes walk from the villa or 5 minutes in a car or taxi.
The Saturday market should not be missed (Near the Celtic Bar).
There are several large supermarkets close by.
Playa Flamenca beaches are 500m from villa.
The Aquapolis Water Park at Torrieveja is only 5 km away from the Villa and is a great family day out.
The whole villa is cooled by one large air-conditioning unit (Charge £30 per week).
Ceiling fans, desk and a free-standing fan are provided at no charge.
Wall mounted Heaters are provided for cooler evenings in all rooms.
A Cot and high chair can be provided by arrangement (no charge)
At the rear of the villa there is a large terrace area which provides an alfresco dining suite with 6 chairs and a large gas BBQ.
Linen and Towels are provided for your stay - please bring your own Beach towels, as these are not provided.
We have a no smoking policy inside the house.
We do not allow pets.
To book the villa.
A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking, the balance must be paid 8 weeks before holiday commences.
We hold a £150 security deposit against loss of keys and damage, refundable once the property has been satisfactorily inspected; this is paid with the final balance.
There is a local cleaning charge payable of €70 which covers the preparation of the property after your stay. The primary client must be over 25 years old, we are unable to accept single sex groups.
Check in time 4pm. Check out time is 12 noon.
Changeover day is Saturdays during mid to high season, we can be flexible during lower season bookings.
