With beautiful unspoilt scenery, fantastic fresh food and glorious weather. It is the ideal base for a relaxing experience whilst exploring the treasures that Puglia has to offer.
The large and private infinity swimming pool is surrounded by a patio for sunbathing on three sides. The pool has a single depth of 1.5m enabling swimming and safe play (note this depth is not suitable for diving)
Constructed in 2016 Villetta Panoramica is pool side and stands within the grounds of Villa Melograno. The two bedroom property sits in a private, peaceful, prominent and elevated position commanding unrestricted views to the horizon surrounded by olive groves in the quiet of the pugliese countryside yet within easy reach of the popular and beautiful tourist city of Ostuni.
A contemporary open plan kitchen dining and lounge area, complete with all conveniences including dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee/expresso maker. The villetta also two double bedrooms and very large family bathroom complete with separate shower cubical, full size bath, toilet and bidet and sink, together with additional shelving and storage. Ensuring an extremely comfortable experience for both new and regular visitors to view this most beautiful part of southern Italy.
Beautifully furnished and well equipped, the villa sleeps 6 with two bedrooms and a TV room that converts into a third bedroom using the two single sofa beds, all on the ground floor level providing easy access.
Outside, guests will enjoy basking in the sun on the patio at the front of the villetta where there is also an external dining area. Poolside there is a large barbecue and a further external dining area.
The position of the Villetta provides the perfect base to explore the neighbouring towns, where guests will find horse riding, golf, cycling and walking routes and even a ferry from Brindisi across the Adriatic to Greece, Montenegro, Albania and many more Adriatic Coastal towns and cities.
Please note: The swimming pool is a shared facility with guests staying in the Trullo, (a maximum of 2 persons)

By Nathan on 19-Jan-2021Fabulous villa with wonderful views in a quiet area a bit out of Ostuni, but just close enough. In the evenings you can sit outside and enjoy the night sky without all the light pollution of a big city, and only the sounds of nature. This is a great place to stay if you just want to relax and take in the local sights at your leisure. Alexandra and Steve are excellent hosts. They know the area well, and can give you excellent tips for getting around, and where to go to eat. We stayed in the villa, but on the property there is also a gorgeous trullo. Alexandra showed us through it while we were there. It would be perfect for a few days, but as we were staying for a week we valued the generous space in the villa. Very happy with the experience and would definitely stay again.
