"If you want to relax and switch off in a lovely traditional remote villa, yet with the village walking distance, choose Villa Zephirine to recharge your batteries." Villa Zephirine is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom hidden gem majestically situated on a stunning hillside in the countryside, offering panoramic unspoilt views of mountains, valley and distant sea at Polis. The villa has no immediate neighbours and the pool and poolside cannot be overlooked, so it's an ideal spot for an all-over tan and complete relaxation. The house is furnished in traditional style and Wi-Fi internet access is provided so you can keep in touch with the outside word. The TV connects to UK channels via a media streamer. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Mosquito screening is provided at all windows upstairs and down, and is practical for letting the cool mountain air in, without insects, and means you may not need air conditioning. As you approach the house via an almond tree-clad village lane in early Spring, you can snatch an occasional teasing glimpse of the house standing all alone on the hillside. When you arrive to the sound of nature, you feel as though you have left the hustle and bustle of life behind. The almond blossom here in early Spring is stunningly beautiful. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The long bedroom shared balcony is well designed, enabling you to enjoy welcome shade and a light breeze during the heat of the day, and you can view the sea at Polis in the distance. The lounge loggia style balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy meals, read a book, or just lounge around and relax. As the views are unobscured, stunning colour changes on the distant hills in front are a treat to watch at dusk and dawn. The poolside offers seclusion and is not overlooked. There are no immediate neighbours. Rare birds frequent this area so take your binoculars! The local village is a short walk of 200m and the square offers a selection of simple coffee shop/tavern/bars and a bank. 200m further on the B7, Paphos to Polis road, is a Cafe serving sandwiches, burgers and pancakes, and the minimarket is a further 100m. Here you can find the bus stops for Polis and Paphos. Looking across the valley, the village to the right is Miliou, with 2 tavernas. Pagkratios is worth finding, and is popular with walkers. You will smell delicious aromas as you approach. Akourdaleia village has a quaint herb garden where they serve their own blend of coffee which I found delicious, and home made cakes. They have an apothecary too for essential oils and herbs.
We offer lower rates for 2 persons when dates fit well. This offer now includes 1 – 2 children 1 to 11 years. Ignore the higher rate when booking.
A totally chilled out holiday in a perfect location

I was recommended to Irene Hare by a friend who books with her regularly. We were at the time considering hotels, but we were delaying as we did not want the hassle of putting towels on sunloungers, or making chit chat with strangers. We had had an extremely difficult past 2 years and needed somewhere where we could just relax, read our books with a drink, and also explore North Western Cyprus. We were met in the arrivals area by Cy-Breeze, shown our car and we were on our way. Seamless. Despite being dark, we found Villa Zephirine with the excellent directions, and were delighted with our welcome hamper. The night sky was full of stars so we sat outside and drank the Cyprus wine from our hamper. I could feel myself really relaxing, and were thrilled to see a shooting star. The villa is comfortable and had everything we needed, and no neighbours to overlook us. The views are simply wonderful, across the hills. The owner is called Andreas and he was really welcoming, and answered all our queries. Our Representative Nicole was there if needed and gave us lots of information about the excursions. We found we loved to be around the villa so in the end did not book these. This is the first time we have booked like this, but Irene was there to assist at all times. We are now converted to villa holidays (with private pool), and will definitely re book with Irene at Sundance Villas, and would definitely recommend Villa Zepharini
