Attractive well equipped and affordable self catering bungalow decorated in traditional Canarian style, situated in Playa Blanca, on a small peaceful gated complex with a large shared swimming pool. It has the advantage of being in a prime location close to all amenities. A south facing patio with a sheltered and secluded tropical garden makes it ideal for guests who prefer privacy. It is competitively priced and is especially suitable for couples. Pretty Playa Flamingo beach with it's shops, restaurants and splendid views of Fuertaventura is only a 4 minute stroll.

The large patio is furnished with sun loungers, table, chairs, parasol, small drinks table and barbecue, is sheltered from the wind and gets the sun all day. The lounge is well equipped with TV showing BBC, ITV and Scottish channels, CD/DVD player, a selection of DVD's and a radio. There is also a large library of books and some games available.

The bedroom is of a good size with king bed and fitted wardrobe with a safe.

The kitchen and utility room has a fridge freezer, washing machine, hob and microwave/grill. There is also an electric kettle, toaster, iron and board, sandwich toaster and clothes airer. There are electric fans in each room for the hotter months and an oil filled radiator is supplied for the cooler evenings although this is seldom needed. The good sized walk in shower room has a vanity unit with drawers and a hairdryer for your use.

The well equipped Spar supermarket is a 5 min stroll and the town is a 10 min stroll away along the picturesque promenade where there is a large choice of shops and restaurants and bars to suit everyone's tastes.

Sightseeing trips by coach, the most popular being the famous Timanfaya volcano, a 20 minute drive away. Sea trips from the harbour nearby can be arranged locally. The nature reserve with the beautiful Papagayo beaches are only a short drive, bus ride or sea taxi trip away.

Playa Blanca is an upmarket, popular yet tranquil resort and due to it's sheltered position it enjoys the warmest and most settled weather on the island. Our self catering bungalow is close to everything you will need for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in the sun and you do not even need a car. It is one of the 4 larger properties out of 34 on this complex.

The prices quoted are for 2 adults per night. The second bedroom can be made available for couples who wish to sleep separately, for a reasonable weekly charge.

A £50 returnable damage deposit is required to cover major breakages and will be refunded on your return to England. A deposit of £100 is required to secure the reservation.

The Bungalow was well kept maybe a little dated but had everything we needed. It's in a really good central location.
The pool area was nicely kept & every time we went was very quiet hardly seemed to be used.
A couple of minor issues we had we text the owner & was resolved very quickly.
We would definitely return

My husband and I stayed at this comfortable and well-equipped Bungalow for 17 nights in December 2016. I can also say that the description and photographs of the property are accurate - if anything, the description does not do it justice! The property is in a great location - it was very windy while we were there but the south facing patio is sheltered from the wind and we were out on the sunloungers most days. The garden is large and offers relatively good privacy when sunbathing. We never tried the communal pool though it looked clean and sunloungers were plentiful. Internally, we found the property clean and well maintained. With the two bedrooms, there was more than ample storage space. Wardrobes had more than enough (good) coat hangers than anyone would need! Bed was very comfy with good quality bed linen and plenty blankets (though they weren't required even in December). Similarly, there was more glasses and crockery in the kitchen than you would reasonably require along with a good range of pans. And (unusually for a holiday rental) plenty of cleaning products were provided under the sink. All in, we thought the whole property was very well-equipped in comparison with other properties we have rented in the past. There is a well-stocked supermarket within a short walking distance and numerous bars and restaurants to suit most tastes. A little further on takes you to the town centre (again, easy walking distance) with a large supermarket, a great range of restaurants and bars. The lovely Flamingo Beach and the coastal path are only 5 minutes walk. No problems in communicating with the owners - prompt response to any queries (though I will say we had no reason to contact them whilst we were there). No hesitation in recommending this property - we loved it and certainly plan to return..

We enjoyed our stay in this Bungalow . It is in a convenient, quiet and private location with beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby.the spacious patio is south facing and sheltered so that even in windy days we could relax and sunbathe comfortably. The long flat promenade is perfect for strolling along in both directions, one way to the light house and the other to the Rubicon Marina. We did not need a car because everything was in walking distance. It was everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in the sun. We shall be back again.

This Bungalow has everything we need for a perfect holiday which is why we are repeat visitors. It is reasonably priced & exactly as advertised being close to everything. The property has two bedrooms which is really useful as I can use the second bedroom if my husband has a restless night. It is lovely to have the sun all day on the patio which is also sheltered when it's windy. We will definitely be back again next year!
