This modern and spacious villa is located just a 15-minute walk from the main town and 25 minutes from Marina Rubicon, eliminating the need for car hire. Amaretto offers a flexible layout across two levels, accommodating up to 8 guests. Coin Box Air Conditioning available if required.The Top level sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, lounge, and dining area. It is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, UK TV, Netflix, a Securitas alarm system, and Safe. The Lower level provides additional space for 4 more guests, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large lounge/game room, tea and coffee facilities, free Wi-Fi, UK TV, and air conditioning. NOTE: This level is accessed externally via stairs and is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Access to the lower level is available only when booking for 5-8 guests.
